Spent a week at this outstanding property in St Thomas. Tim was very responsive to our e-mail, answered our questions promptly, and arranged a seamless stay at the Ritz Carlton Club. Thanks to Tim's efforts, we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom unit, which was fantastic. This setup is ideal for families -- bedrooms with ample space, each with its own bath, balconies overlooking the water, and full kitchen. We have small kids and stayed on the resort for most of our stay. With 4 restaurants, 3 pools, and a huge beach, there was plenty to do, and plenty of room for guests. The resort was busy while we were there, yet we had no trouble getting good beach chairs or a table for dinner. We highly recommend working with Tim -- our stay cost about as much as a hotel room for the same period and was a far better option for us.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our family of six,had an amazing beach vacation at the RItz Carlton. The units at the RItz Carlton are beautiful and the beach is great for swimming, and boating. The condo units look directly at the island of St. John's which is only a 15 minute boad ride away. We have stayed at the Four Seasons on the island of Maui several times and would rank the Ritz Carlton on St. Thomas as a comparable experience. We are returning back to RItz Carlton again in 2011. We rented from TIm O Brien last year and he gave us his personal tips for the Island. His advice and recommendations on what to do in the Virgin Islands were spot on... Overall a 5 Star experience....Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children.

Superb in all respects. The condo itself was extremely comfortable from linens to furniture and kitchen utensils and appliances. The pools, restaurants, shops, services, were exceptional with all the staff being personable and helpful. I was completely spoiled and pampered, and will definitely be back to these accomodations at the earliest possible date.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
