This lakefront cabin is at the end of a cul-de-sac on Point Road, at Gilner Point, in fact it is Gilner Point, next to Boulder Bay. This is one of the most expansive lakefront properties in Big Bear Lake, with extensive beach area, dock, grounds and yard area and views across the lake, down towards the dam area, and across to Fawnskin on the other side.
This house has three bedrooms with two full baths, two wood-burning fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen, ane a very large living room, all on one level.
The master bedroom has its own bathroom, wood-burning fireplace, and cable television. There are two queen beds and a queen sofa sleeper. A closet has a washer and dryer for your use. There are spectacular lakeviews from all the windows.
The second bedroom has two single beds (twins), great for children, and lakeviews from the windows. The third bedroom has two twin beds pushed together to make a king bed, both motorized for massages and elevations. This bedroom has its own cable television. Again, spectacular lakeviews from the windows.
The very large living room has a wood-burning fireplace, cable television, VCR and CD players, an extensive videotape library, a foosball table, games, and an extensive library of books. There is a queen sofa sleeper as well. All the windows have lakeviews. A second full bath is off the hallway.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and other appliances, as well as all appropriate and necessary utensils. There is a dining area with table and chairs off the kitchen adjoining the living room area. There is a telephone for incoming and local calls. It is blocked for long distance calling.
