This four bedroom, two bathroom house with privately screened pool is located in the lovely golfing community of Southern Dunes. The villa backs onto the 9th fairway of the golf course. It is in a peaceful location. The villa includes a pool and spa. There is a Jacuzzi in the master en-suite, a 32-inch TV screen in the lounge with PS2 and DVD.

There is easy access to both I-4 and US 192, being located on Highway 27, enabling you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches. It is 65 miles to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast. It is within walking distance of Super Wal-Mart, winn dixie, Macdonalds, Taco Bell, Checkers & many other shops & restaurants.

Enjoy gated access and a renowned Golf Digest four-star rated Championship Golf Course. There is also a clubhouse, which is open to non-members, with bar and restaurant, three community swimming pools, gym facilities, tennis courts, a children’s playground and a beautiful lake, where you can spend many peaceful hours fishing. All these facilities are available for use by guests.
