There is a Jacuzzi in the master en-suite, a 32-inch TV screen in the lounge with PS2 and DVD furnished to a high standard, giving you the extra home comforts while on vacation. There is easy access to both I-4 and US 192, being located on Highway 27, enabling you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches. It is 65 miles to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast. It is within walking distance of Super Wal-Mart, two other supermarkets, Blockbuster Video Store, gas station, fast food chains, restaurants and more. Enjoy gated access and a renowned Golf Digest four-star rated Championship Golf Course. There is also a clubhouse, which is open to non-members, with bar and restaurant, three community swimming pools, gym facilities, tennis courts, a children’s playground and a beautiful lake, where you can spend many peaceful hours fishing.
