Yet it is only just over an hour's drive from Montevideo, (about 150 km). Eclectic cottage with palapas roof, (Anno 1990), heated with electric oil radiators and fireplace and fully modernized. Set in a calm and quiet street with nice neighbors. One bedroom in which will sleep 2, King mattress in master bedroom and Daybed in second bedroom. Available "crib" and baby seat. All bedding linen and towels for bathroom and kitchen are provided. Kitchen with, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, exhaust, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc., washing machine, dryer. Sitting room with open fire, sofas, armchairs, English books,Hi-Speed Internet access and telephone with caller ID, answering machine and cordless phone. The nearest town is Punta del Este, (about 7 KM) with frequent Buses connections to Montevideo (2 hours), and Buenos Aires, José Ignacio (15 mins) and International Airport Laguna del Sauce (30 mins).
