Summer rates for(June, July and the first week of August) is available for $1500 for families. The last 3 weeks of August and September are available for $1300/ week. All rates include all taxes and the cleaning fee. The only other fee is the twenty dollar registration fee that is paid at check in to the Condo Rental Office.

Why the Owner Chose Gulf Crest
We traveled all over Florida before we decided to buy on Panama City Beach, we love the pristine white sand and emerald green of the Gulf. Besides it sounded way cool to say we bought a Penthouse on the Gulf of Mexico. We love the location and the layout of our condo at the Gulf Crest. We have a forty foot balcony and views of the Gulf from the Great Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and the Master Bedroom. The views from the balcony can only be described as million dollar views.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love just looking out the windows at the ever changing Gulf of Mexico. We love walking on the beach during different times of the day, sunrise and sunset are usually spectacular. There is always something to do at Panama City Beach, we can just relax at the pool or visit Pier Park or walk around historic Saint Andrews. There are also lots of day trip its only a few hours to Tallahassee one way and to Pensacola the other Direction.

We bought the condo at the Gulf Crest as our primary retirement home. We rent during the summer to help with the costs of the unit. We have owned condo on Panama City Beach since 2002 and have rented out the summer months every year we have owned. The Gulf Crest is our second condo in the area. We are originally from New England and we spend the summers with our kids and nine grand kids.

Awesome penthouse condo!! With nobody above you makes this a quiet retreat with one of the best views in all of PCB off the huge balcony! Decorated to perfection makes it feel like home. Will definately come back next year without having to do the property search...we already found it!!!
