How lucky I feel to have found Kevin and his beautiful home to lease here in Horseshoe Bay! My Husband and I,along with our 11 year old companion Miss Whitney (spoiled Rotti), were looking for a home to lease for 3 months to give us ample time to search for a more permanent home here in Horseshoe Bay. A little piece of heaven on Lake LBJ. This townhome was perfect! We did not need to bring a thing into the home to make it comfortable for the 3 month stay & we were able to find a new permanent location only a couple of blocks away. It will be hard to leave because of the friends we have made with the ducks & turtles.They show up every afternoon at 5pm for their bread Happy Hour. My Husband goes fishing every day 10 steps from the patio. The grill is fantastic and the kitchen is warm and easy to work in, great for entertaining. I am a very picky person and would recomend this townhome to anyone that enjoys upscale living by the Lake. Enjoy the good life! It has been a joy meeting and working with Kevin. The wonderful thing is, he will still be our neighbor. A toast to Lake LBJ, Judy, John & our beloved Miss Whitney

This was an ideal townhouse to spend a week. The townhouse was very clean upon arrival and was in a great location. Just minutes from the marina and the main part of the lake. We really liked the fact that the condo was nestled back in a cove so we did not have to worry about our boat & jetski being bumped around by wakes. The property was just as Kevin listed and he was extemely easy to work with. A great home away from home. Thanks Kevin for sharing your townhouse!!!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed Kevin's extremely clean and well decorated Horseshoe Bay townhouse and had a wonderful weekend. The townhouse is very stylish and well equipped with everything you would need for a great stay. The kitchen/living/dining is open for a very social setting with lots of space to cook and room to eat or lounge on the patio with a nice fountain in the background. It is a quiet peaceful stay on a cove just off the main lake and very convenient coming from Austin. We brought our boat with us and the cove provided a great sheltered place to tie up and not worry about wakes banging our boat against a dock. Kevin's listing and pictures are very accurate and will bring us back for another weekend!

This is the ideal condo and location to enjoy at the lake anytime! Our family had a great July 4 vacation and we all agreed we want to go back! Take the time to read all the details of what Kevin provides for his guest, it is all there, plus some! I cooked all our meals and the condo had all the pots, pan, plates, utensils, I needed. I even had a pan and oil for baking some late night brownies! I loved the open kitchen which allowed me to enjoy my family while I was cooking. Kevin could not have been nicer! I contacted the weekend prior to our stay, to ask him if we could book to arrive a day early and he went out of his way to be sure the condo was ready for us. He was very flexible on our arrival time since no one was leaving the same day we arrived. He explained where we could put into the lake (at the Mariana), very close, simple, & quick! He even took the time to call me to ask if I had any other questions. Kevin also gave very good directions on how to locate the condo from the water and we docked right outside the condo. Our 16 yr. old son and 22 yr old daughter were with us and loved the entire stay. We went out on the lake and watch the fireworks show, Wow! The condo is very CLEAN! The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, body wash, plenty of soft white towels, and even bathrobes’ for after showering. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to be happy. Along with television, wireless internet, there were books, movies and games. We especially enjoyed Apples to Apples. The location of the condo was exactly what we wanted so we see all that was happening without the noise and traffic. We enjoyed quiet evenings sitting on the patio. The neighbors are so nice and friendly! If you have younger children you can enjoy watching them swim safely or they might enjoy fishing right off the side walkway. This was a special holiday vacation and we loved every minute of it! Kevin is very easy to work with and his condo is a such a treat to stay in!

Our Stay for a Wedding at The Resort

Went for a wedding at the resort and could rent cheaper than the resort facilities, however, if you don't have friends and family at the resort you will not be able to use the facilities. The condo was really nice, clean, and well furnished. The kitchen and living area is open which was really nice. The master bedroom and bath was very comfortable and the upstairs bedroom is great for kids or another couple, plenty of privacy.The couch was leather and not comfortable for lounging on but we didn't spend much time on it anyway. Although it is on the water, it is on a cove and not actually the open lake so the view is limited. The Yacht club was more than a walk away but that wasn't a problem either we just drove which is only about a 4 minute drive but probably a 15 minute walk. Would have liked being a bit closer to the wedding guests. The owners were very cordial. Would recommend.

We stayed in this condo Easter weekend with some friends. Kevin, the owner, was easy to work with and quick to return calls/emails. The condo itself was extremely clean and had a wonderful open floorplan that worked well for our group. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location was nice and quite, and we especially enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. We look forward to making it back in the future!

Beautiful and confortable condo, great if you have or rent a boat because the water is three steps from the door...we went with our four kids and had an excellent time!

Great Short Trip

Several ladies and I got away for a short trip and truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit has been totally renovated with modern decor and furnishings and the interior is comfortable for six people. Kevin was very responsive to any of our questions and made the reservation process easy. The only negative is that the home sits at the very end of the canal and you have to drive to get to the "beautiful lake view". However, for the price, you can't beat it. Thanks again Kevin for making our stay fun and comfortable!!

It's so nice being able to float around in the lake 20 feet from our waterfront patio and relax not worrying about heavy boat traffic yet you can jump in your boat and in less than 1 minute be in open water which makes it so wonderfully convenient. Private yet ultra convenient, one of the many many reasons we love our location. Thanks again for staying with us, we look forward to having you as our guests again in the future.

Stayed at this property over Easter weekend and had a wonderful time. The property is wonderful and amenities are all first class. It is located in a nice little cove so very private and a wonderful place to chill on the deck with a good bottle of wine. It was great to have the facilities to cook and hang out in a nice location instead of having to go out for dinner. Played golf at both Apple Rock and Ram Rock, both courses were great and the weather was perfect. Will definitely try to do this again. It was a perfect time away from Austin and not far to go.

The accomodations were first rate...spacious, up to date and aesthetically pleasing..the art work alone is a treat. However, its location at Horseshoe Bay provides ample dining and amusement opportunities. We enjoyed are evenings at Marble Falls lakeside restaurants. My daily sunrise coffee was shared with the resident duck population. All in all a serene and wonderful experience.

My husband, dog, and I spent a week in this beautifully decorated and well-located condo. We loved being able to walk to the marina and enjoyed playing at a few of the top rate golf courses, nearby. Kevin is terrific to work with and easily reached when questions arise. It is obvious he takes pride in his place, for it is immaculate. We look forward to returning soon.

The condo is lovely, but the real difference here (from other rentals) is the attention to detail with things like luxurious bed linens and towels, bath products and extra toilet paper provided, and a very nicely outfitted kitchen. Really feels like you are a guest in someone's beautiful home. Very interesting, modern decor & art makes this a great place to relax and visit. Location is also great, and the owners are very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!
