On the tranquil Palm Beach Estates through a private gate sits our house. With two master suits,two regular rooms and four bathrooms make it a great place to vacation for two familys. A private swimming pool sits in the center of the estate surrounded by beautiful gardens and a lanie.
All the rooms are equipped with both AC and ceiling fans. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with all new appliances(including side by side fridge with ice maker). The mattresses (three kings and two twins) have been replaced in each room. Daily maid service is included and laundry is available for a small fee.
The house holds many great art pieces and antiques that we have collected throughout the years. The furniture pieces are all hand made with exotic hardwoods. The landscaping is very tranquil with fruit trees, palms, and wonderful flowers. Surrounding the pool are new Italian iron lounge chairs and a matching table which sit in a tranquil private lanai for your pleasure to relax. A secure Iron wall wrapes around the entire property for your upmost privacy.
Restaurants, market and surf shop(lessons and rentals are available) are within walking distance. Tamarindo Beach is just a short, cheap boat ride across the estuary, where you can find all the amenities.
The five-kilometer, white sand beach at Playa Grande, on the northern Pacific coast of Costa Rica, has one of the most consistent surf breaks in the country (not to mention in front of our house). There are two volcanoes to explore, hot springs to bath in, and chilling waterfalls to splash in. Harness yourself to a zip line and fly through the rain forest, whizzing by monkeys, birds, and sloths, or spend your day horseback riding, fishing, kayaking, sailing, diving, surfing, or just plain loafing.
If you plan your trip between November and April, you may be able to witness a rare, natural phenomenon: the nesting of endangered leatherback turtles.
