This is a wonderful home. It has the feel of the 19th century, but with the comfort of the 21st century. The views are fantastic and there are many activities available. It is also a great place to just sit on the deck, read, relax or enjoy the mountain scenery. It has beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You feel as though can can reach out and touch the mountains.

The house was designed with lots of windows and you can view the mountains even from inside the house. You are very likely to view deer or elk from the front room or the large covered porch.

You are only minutes to the Madison and Ruby rivers. The fishing is world class. Gold was first discovered in Virginia City in 1863. You can still pan for gold in the local creeks and streams. Rock hounds love the garnet hunting. There are lots of activities for kids. The yard is fenced.

Big game hunting in the area is fantastic. If you are planning to hunt anywhere in SW MT this is one of the few properties that is open all year for you to stay.

There is live theatre in the summer and a vaudeville like show. There are great restaurants that offer Montana hospitality at its best. The Old West comes alive with preserved artifacts and displays.
