Bring your family and relax while you enjoy the wide open water views of both the Gulf of Mexico & Intercoastal Waterways from your own private roof top terrace. Don't forget the burgers we have a gas grill. We are directly across the street from the beach. It's about a 1 minute walk to the nearest beach access and 10 minute walk to pier 60. We are in the perfect location! Out of State guests...no need to rent a car. Get a ride from the "Airport Limo" and /or use the "Jolley Trolley" (only $1.00!) to get around the local Clearwater Beach Area. We are within walking distance to everything!

Luxury features throughout including granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, stainless steel kitchen appliances & your own private elevator that accesses all floors and takes you to the private roof top terrace. World renowned Clearwater Beach is just steps away, as are the Clearwater Beach Aquatic & Recreation Complex. Pool , tennis, basketball courts and playground are all only a 1 minute walk away! The biggest & best pool on the beach is literally right next door. (10 free pool passes are included with each weekly rental!) Why swim in a dinky motel pool when you can swim here? Don't forget endless shopping, dining and water related activities all with walking distance as this townhouse is located on prestigious and centrally located North Clearwater Beach. We also have a wireless high speed internet connection! You can also use the computers at the Clearwater Beach Recreation complex library at no charge if you don't feel like bringing your laptop.

Unit has 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full size bed & 2 twin sized bunk beds to accommodate up to 10 guests. This fully furnished townhouse with a kitchen is like a home away from home. All towels, linens and kitchen items are there for your convenience. If you are traveling with infants or small children there are child gates, and a "Pack and Play" already here!. Washer & Dryer included.

1st Level- Double car garage

2nd Level- Kitchen, dining, living room & 1/2 bath. TV, vcr, dvd player.

3rd Level- "Surfer Bedroom" has queen sized bed. "Dolphin Room" has 2 sets of twin sized bunk beds which will sleep a total of four. 1 full & 1/2 bathroom. Washer & Dryer are also on this floor. TV's in both bedrooms.

4th Level- Master suite and bath with king sized bed and balony over looking Gulf of Mexico, jetted jacuzzi tub & walk in shower. LCD flat screen TV. 4th Bedroom with full size bed, and balcony overlooking Clearwater Harbor to the east.

5th Level- Roof top terrace with hotub, gas grill & breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Wide open views of Clearwater Harbor and quiet sunrises are enjoyed to the east off the rooftop terrace as well. Patio set with table and chairs is there for your rooftop dining experience.
