Glorious panoramic views of a sweeping coastline from St. Vincent's Island Wildlife Preserve to Cape San Blas. Sitting closer to the shoreline than any other house, there is no walk to the beach from "Gnat's Landing". Instead, simply step off the front porch and choose your spot to soak up the Florida sun.
The house, newly remodeled and tastefully decorated, offers three bedrooms, two baths, a large great room, dining area and kitchen complete with all the modern conveniences. Enjoy the breeze on the screened in porch while watching the dolphins roll by in the Gulf of Mexico, or sun yourself on the upper deck. This house has it all!
You will be conveniently located one mile from Indian Pass Campground and Marina, and one mile from the world famous Indian Pass Raw Bar, and also just a short five minute drive from the sandy beaches of Cape San Blas where you can visit St. Joseph Peninsula Park, voted top beach of 2002.
