Location

Car: Recommended

Ski: Take the scenic Sandia Peak Tramway (the world's longest; about 10 miles away) and ride to the top of Sandia peak for a day of great family skiing. --- Want more? --- Ski Sante Fe (about an hour's drive), visit Taos, Angel Fire or Red River (about 3 hours north) or Ski Apache (about 2 hours south). New Mexico offers some of the best skiing in the country, but don't tell anyone, we like to keep it a secret!

Owner info

Year Purchased: 2006

About the owner: My partners and I decided we would purchase a home and furnish it just for folks coming to vacation in Albuquerque. We had such a good response that we have since purchased two other homes in the same town house community (listing #'s 180129 and 203791). New Mexico is such a great place to live that we were excited to share to others. Thanks for checking out our properties!

Why the Owner Chose Albuquerque:
We had a demanding list of requirements: - We wanted a home that was convenient to some of the best that Albuquerque has to offer. Great restaurants, shops and museums. - The home had to be convenient to get to (close to the Interstate). - The home had to be in a friendly neighborhood that was quiet and safe. - The floor plan had to provide easy access and sufficient privacy. The Pueblo del Norte town house community perfectly filled all these requirements.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
My partner Jana is a great decorator. She has created some marvelous living spaces. The pictures tell the story. Plus, since the home is within walking distance to some of Albuquerque's best restaurants, a great winery and a Starbucks, what more could I ask for?
