Charming, clean, comfortable 'Old Florida' one story (no stairs) beach cottage. You can see the gulf down the street. It's only a short one and a half block stroll to the beach. There are two bedrooms and two full baths. One bedroom has a king-sized bed the other has two full-sized beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The sreened porch on the front of the house has a comfortable swing for relaxing after your day at the beach. There is a patio and second story sun deck in the private fenced backyard (and another swing)!
The house has been thoughtfully furnished providing a truly warm and inviting atmosphere. Just bring your own linens and towels and make yourself at home!
It's time for you to relax, chill, and rejuvenate!

I had a wonderful time at this beach house. It is well taken care of and has everything you will need for a beach trip. It's just a short walk to the beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

What an absolute delight we found in this charming and beautiful home. The yards are all done to perfection, there is the most tranquel seating area on the porch, the inside of the house is decorated to perfection for a fun and relaxing atmosphere. I can not say enough about the house. You can walk a short block and a half to the beach. Because the area is mostly residental the beach is not a congested as it is closer to the large hotels and condo's. You will not regret renting this beautiful home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Spring .. Apr-May .. $125/night (3 night minimum) .. $750/week. Summer .. Jun-Sep .. $150/night (3 night minimum) .. $850/week. Fall .... Oct-Nov .. $100/night (3 night minimum) .. $650/week. Winter .. Dec-Mar .. Inquire (long term available). $200/refundable security deposit within 2 weeks of departure. Cancellation Policy: 2 weeks prior to arrival or forfeit deposit. There is also an addtional 10.5% Florida Hospitality Tax.
