  There were no pool passes, which is half the reason we chose this place. The only tv that worked were the two downstairs. Our deposit that was to be refunded was never refunded. Even after talking to him he said he "forgot to put it in the lease", which is obviously unfair to us. It was an average house, nice for six people to stay in and was very clean. We loved the grill that was there and that there was a washer and dryer. Steps away from the beach and Garners Basin, which was great for at night time. Cabs could come and pick us up for a short drive to the casinos. Overall we were disappointed about the pool passes and televisions not working. Also upset we were never given our cleaning deposit back, which we were told would be coming back to us. We will not be returning to this house, but will be returning to this area.

  Owner response: We apologized for the pool passes not being at the property. The passes were unfortunately not returned from a previous rental. We did pay to have them replaced but did not realize they were missing until the guest checked in. The TV's were all functional in every room. The Guest had a difficult time with the operation. I spoke to them personally to try and resolve and drove down to the property to ensure everything was operational. We have never had that complaint before. The TV's are all new and many are flat panels and professionally mounted. We try very hard to ensure that our guests are happy. There are house rules and instructions for operating the electronics at the property. With respect to the cleaning fee the terms are in the lease and are very fair and below the average exit charges for similar size properties. We charge only $35 dollars per hour for exit cleaning. The average exit is normally 3 to 4 hours depending on the number of guests. Lastly the Guest was given a discount for the time in which they stayed, that off-set the cost of the cleaning fees.

  Arrived with family and dog..house was spotless, beds are so comfortable. Lots of room for everyone. This house is absolutely beautiful....great location...steps from the beach, 2 minute ride to larger beaches. Garden Basin was great as well. Just a 2 minute ride in the other direction. My dog loved the house too...the most comfortable couch he's been on. Loved the wireless internet, plasma TVs were great. As a NJ resident who never really wanted to experience AC, my opinion changed when I realized that rentals like this are available...Landlord even though he was out of the country, stayed in communication via text and email. He made this stay easy for us! I would recommend this house for anyone.....and will likely stay here again.

  This was a great rental experience in AC. Owner is easy to deal with. The house was clean and larger than I expected. We had plenty of space. Easy to get to all AC has to offer via public trans or cab. I would rent here again. Thanks!

  Perfect alternative to staying in cramped hotel rooms in AC. Had a group of guys and everyone had plenty of space and a great time. The area is safe and close to both areas of casinos via cab. Would reccommend for any type of guys/girls getaways, etc. Property was clean.

  We had a great experience staying for a Bachelor party! We slept 12 guys in the house with no problems at all. Plenty of beds, pull out couches, and air mattresses. Plenty of room outsied to hang out and grill out. No problems with the neighbors. Easy to get to clubs, casinos, and bars. Owner was great and easy to deal with. I got full refund back in a timely fashion. Would def stay again, and highly recommend the house!

  We got our full deposit back within the time frame required. We had a large group of girls and the house worked out great for us. Plenty of sleeping areas. Living room had a large pull out couch to sleep 3 people and another single couch to sleep another person. There was also a large floor area to put down cushions or bring an aero bed. One block to the boardwalk/water that you could walk to a lighthouse. Close enough to take the jitney bus, but you can also take a cab for about $4 per person. We used a Van service. I would recommend this house....

  A group of friends and I rented this beach house for New Years 2012. Our stay was from Friday to Sunday. The price was fair, the accomodations were better than expected, and most importantly the house was clean. The expectations of us, as renters, were very clear - and we were all satisfied with the weekend. We would definitely rent again as well as recommend this house to others.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway.

  The house is more spacious than the pictures show. the living room is large enough to accommodate any group gathering or party with comfort. When we arrived the house was extremely clean and much nicer than i had expected. there is a couch and chair in the living room, both of which pull out into beds so you can comfortable sleep even more people than advertised in the listing. There aren't hundreds of DVDs but there is a good selection, however some of the DVDs were missing from the boxes when we arrived but that was not even an issue because its Atlantic City and theres way too much to do to be watching movies. Overall the house was amazing, again, everything was very clean and spacious, I don't know what a lot of the people on here were complaining about because Tarron was very nice and helpful throughout the renting process which was a big plus because this is the first time i've ever rented a house like this. 5/5 Stars for this house, i will definitely be returning in the summer due to its close proximity to the boardwalk and casinos / clubs.

  It was my first time renting a house for a group of girls, staying overnight (10/29/2011). We had no issues at all and the house was very nice, lots of room for all of my friends. I will definitely rent the house again in the future, now that I know the location, very convenient to go to Casinos. Thanks Tarron!

  We recently went down to Atlantic City for my husband's 50th birthday - we have stayed at this house before and on both trips everything was great - Tarron was great to work with and went out of the way to help us out. The house is nicely furnished and has plenty of room for 7-8 people. I didn't realize just how close we were to the Aquarium and restaurants in the area - we walked over and did some activities there and spent some time in the casinos of course. I rent with VRBO at least 2-3 times a year and this is one of my favorite places to go - I will probably go back in Dec.
