This apartment for rent in Paris is situated on the traditional quarter of the 14th arrondisement, near the town hall, and is only a 5 mins bus ride or 15 mins walk to Luxembourg gardens. An ideal spot for couples, or the business traveller.

It is set in an old building near the town hall of the 14th Arrondisement. Very quiet and light with full-length size windows, the apartment has views on a quiet courtyard.

The apartment has been completely renovated in 2007. Brand new bathroom, kitchen, dressing room, bedroom and lounge, plus new furnishings.

Located in the 14th arrondissement, just a few steps to the Town Hall square with its fresh produce market and a five minute walk to pedestrianised rue Daguerre and the infamous cemetery of Montparnasse. Luxembourg Gardens are only 5 mins bus ride away, as well as lovely Parc Montsouris.

There are many street markets, supermarkets, grocery stores, boulangeries and great areas for strolling around.

The apartment is on a first floor, overlooking the coutyard, it is very quiet. During summer months the apartment keeps very cool so no air conditioning or even a fan is needed during summer months.

The apartment is very quiet although you will find butchers, bakeries, fruit stores, and great restaurants all around the area.

  • You can rent a bike in the area and ride on designated bike lanes to the Efiffel tower via Boulevard de Breteuil. Be in the Eiffel tower in 15 mins and ride along the Seine on a traffic free road by the Seine, end your journey at Notre Dame, take some pictures and ride up Boulevard de Saint michel to Luxembourgh Gardens in 10 mins, be back home in an extra 10 mins. All that in less than an hour unless you prefer to stop and relax at the sights. Please ask me for information about bikes, cycling routes and cycling ideas in and around Paris.
