This home has forest views from every room! It is ideal for family reunions, ski groups or as a monthly rental as a cozy 2 bedroom,2 bath, cabin on the main floor. Then when you have friends or family arrive for the weekends, they have a private bath and 2 more bedrooms on the lower level. There is also a game/TV recreation room and kitchenette downstairs. Let the early risers make their own coffee and bagels in the lower level kitchenette, while you sleep in upstairs. The downstairs bath has a double vanity with a door to a private shower/toilet room.
There are 3 televisions, 2 VCR/DVD players. Several High Definition channels ESPN 1-2. There are 2 DVR (Digital Video Recorders)to program all of your weekly programs in advance. There is a video library, puzzles, dominos,checkers, cards etc. in the lower level game room.
There are 2 King sized Beds, and a Queen Hideabed on the lower level. There is a King bed in the Master BR upstairs plus a Queen in the upstairs guest bedroom. There are two full baths and and a laundry room upstairs. There are only 4 steps from the garage level to the back kitchen entry deck. The main photo shows the highest balcony off of the living room, from the street in front. The view is beautiful, from the high balcony. It overlooks a common area forest across the street. |
