Only minutes from South Beach, Miami International Airport and Ft. Lauderdale Airport and Downtown Miami, Port of Miami, Performing Arts Center, Port of Miami, Library and Jungle Island. There is a boardwalk directly behind the property between the building and the beach. It is excellent for jogging, bicycling,walking,etc.
Our unit will truly be a "home away from home". It is clean, nicely furnished and decorated. It includes all of the amenities that you would expect to find in your home. Stay a month or a year. The minimum stay is 30 days as per Condo Association regulations.

My wife and I (Lorena and Rolando) purchased this beautiful beachfront condo for the use of our immediate family. Our primary residence is only 30 minutes away but as soon as we enter the Miami Beach area it feels like we are on vacation. What initially attracted us to this property is how well is managed, secured and the amenities that it offers. Just recently a boardwalk was completed directly behind the property that creates a wonderful atmosphere to owners/guests/visitors. Our project is next to the recently completed and high profile "Canyon Ranch Miami Beach". A luxury five star resort. We would love to have you stay in our beautiful and relaxing unit.
