We enjoy many activities in the desert. We golf, bike and go hiking during the cooler months of the year. My husband and I used the home on a regular basis
as our vacation getaway. We spend a lot of time with friends and family there.
We love to travel and basically enjoy all types of outdoor activities.
Why the Owner Chose Cathedral City
The community is close to everything in the Palm Springs area. Casinos, restaurants, shopping..and the Mountain views are amazing from Cimarron Cove. We love the fact that we only have 167 home in the entire community and each one has its own character. The home is a comfortable single story house, and we hope someday to retire there.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We have a great location in the community. Right in the center across the pool and the park.
We have open mountain views that are spectacular. Our location ( not near any major streets) makes the home very quiet. We love to take morning walks along the adjacent gold course- Cimarron Cove.
OUr PLACE has everthing you need...very well furnished and equipped.

House was just as described and wonderful. Beautiful property right across the street from a fun park w/basketball court and pool for the kids. We all enjoyed our first trip to Palm Springs and will return again. Owner's communication was wonderful and deposit was returned promptly. Would definitely recommend this house.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We had a wonderful time renting this property for Thanksgiving week. The property is clean and well appointed. The kitchen is stocked with every gadget any cook could want. The greatroom and bedrooms are all very nice and comfortable. There is a beautiful park right across the street with a large warm pool and a great jacuzzi. The yard at the house and the landscaping in the community are manicured to perfection. Maritza is a pleasure to deal with. She is prompt with emails, paperwork and the return of deposits. I'm looking forward to renting this beautiful home again in the near future.
