This year round cottage home has an open concept that makes laid back living easy while enjoying fabulous Popham Beach. The house is user friendly, simplistic yet classy. People who come here to visit spend no more than 3-5 minutes sinking in to the sofa or oversized chairs before they exhale their stresses & exhaustions by emitting an audible 'Ahhhh.........'

They do know the effect and that is one of solace & peace & rest. A walk on the beach changes the overload of positive ions, exactly why we seek the mountains and oceans to spend time at.
Popham Beach is a rare gem, there is nothing like it in existence on either coast line. This beach remains untouched by man, no jockeying for a place to put your chairs & towels on our private beach, there's room for the kids' volley ball net, no concession stands, no commercialism. It truly is one of Maine's special offerings, the way Maine is meant to be.
