This is a FAMILY ORIENTED Condo, just slightly off the beaten path. You will experience the exquisite beauty of the Lake of the Ozarks at Miramar Condos. Just north of Camdenton on Highway 5, you will enjoy all of the amenities of this fully-furnished condo.
Miramar Condos is located at the 3 1/2 mm of the Niangua arm of the lake, close enough to the attractions, but far enough away from the heavy traffic of the lake. As soon as you walk in the front door, you will experience the true beauty of the lake. A private covered deck accessed from the living room and from the master bedroom gives you a panoramic view of the lake. You are literally 15 feet away from the water’s edge.
Condominium entry is only one level up from parking with easy access to the pool, fishing, and your own complimentary boat slip (accommodates boats 12 feet by 32 feet). Access to launch your boat is just to the north of the condo complex.
Condominium: The full kitchen has an open breakfast bar, refrigerator with ice maker, range/oven, dishwasher, washer, dryer, coffeemaker, toaster, blender and all cooking utensils. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen or dine out on the covered deck with gas grill and patio furniture. The spacious fully appointed living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, satellite 32 inch TV with DVD/VHS player and electric fireplace.
The master suite features a queen size pillow top bed, dresser, two night stands, dual lamps, alarm clock, large chair with ottoman, 20 inch satellite TV, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. The master bath features a double vanity and tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand with lamp, and 13 inch satellite TV. The second bath features a walk-in shower.
Whether you want to be out and about or just enjoy the scenic view, this condo offers the best of both worlds. We are secluded from heavy traffic and highway noise, but quickly accessible to the attractions that will make your vacation a memorable one.
Boating: The quiet waters of the Niangua Arm are perfect for water-skiing, jet-skiing, tubing, swimming or just anchoring in a quiet cove. Boat and jet-ski rentals and a full service marina are close by.
Open all year round for your relaxation, quiet getaway or fun filled time. You will LOVE THE LAKE!! All you need is your clothing, food, and toiletries.
Fishing: Some of the best fishing is at the Niangua arm of the Lake so be sure to bring your fishing gear. The area is perfect for largemouth and white bass, stripper, crappie, walleye and catfish.
Golfing: If golfing is your game, you are definitely at the right location with numerous Championship golf courses in the area. With 10 minutes are the Lake Valley Country Club and the professional designed Old Kinderhook. Other courses nearby are Tan-Tar-A, Sycamore Creek, Dogwood Hills, and Indian Rock.
Dining: If you want to dine out instead of eating in, there are numerous restaurants in the area that provide a local cuisine that can be accessed by car or by boat.
Shopping: The Osage Beach Outlet Mall is less than 15 minutes away plus you can enjoy the numerous specialty shops in the area.

This was the second time my family has stayed here. We LOVE staying at this condo. It is like our home away from home. The condo is clean and has all the amenties and more. Elaine is wonderful to work with and she will do anything to make your stay comfortable. I've been coming to the lake on and off for over 20 years and this is the best place we have ever stayed. We will definately be back.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

My husband and I stayed a few days at this condo and had a wonderful time. It was so clean and decorated very tastefully. We only had to bring our toiletries and food! Elaine was so very easy and nice to work with. We wish we could have spent more time. The next time, we come, we will allow more time for our stay.

We stayed at this condo in July of 2008. Elaine was so kind and hospitable! The condo was very clean, we enjoyed the pool, and the boat slip worked out great. This is a very nice place to stay if you want quiet time with family or friends.

I just stayed here for my birthday with a few girls and we had the best time. The condo is brand new and in mint condition. Elaine was fantastic to deal with and made sure the condo has everything anyone staying there would need. Lake is right out the back door as is the pool. I would definitley recommend this unit to anyone and everyone, I'm sure I'll be back! Thanks again Elaine :)
