The master suite features a queen size pillow top bed, dresser, two night stands, dual lamps, alarm clock, large chair with ottoman, 20 inch satellite TV, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. The master bath features a double vanity and tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, nightstand with lamp, and 13 inch satellite TV. The second bath features a walk-in shower.

Fishing: Some of the best fishing is at the Niangua arm of the Lake so be sure to bring your fishing gear. The area is perfect for largemouth and white bass, stripper, crappie, walleye and catfish.

With 10 minutes are the Lake Valley Country Club and the professional designed Old Kinderhook. Other courses nearby are Tan-Tar-A, Sycamore Creek, Dogwood Hills, and Indian Rock.
