Ocean City/Fenwick Island Beach House for Rent
We have a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath beach house for rent. You will love having a private bath for each bedroom and the large screened in porch is perfect for eating crabs!
We rent for full and partial weeks throughout the year. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood ¾ of a mile from the beach and is directly across the street from a great little park with play equipment. The beach has ample free parking. This is a wonderful rental for families with children, we even leave some toys to share!
It is also walking distance from a great restaurant bar on the bay (Harpoon Hanna's).

My best friends and I decided on a last minute getaway to the beach for some R & R, and our stay at this property was amazing! It is the cutest house and located conveniently away from the hubbub of Ocean City chaos. The owners were very accommodating considering my last minute expectations and helped make the stress of finding a place so easy! The house was very spacious and had a great fenced in area for my dog. The neighborhood was so clean and well maintained. It was the perfect location for our weekend and exceeded all expectations. I for sure would love to stay at this property again! I can't stop raving about it!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This rental fabulous! The home is clean and well kept. The screened porch is perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee and for playing games in the evening. There's no shortage of room in this house. 2 car off street parking, however, there's plenty of street parking in this quiet & relaxing neighboorhood. Fenced area in back for the dog was perfect. There's a park directly across the street for the kids and to walk your dog. It's 3 blocks to Harpoon Hannah's..another great find in OCM. They have live music and the kids loved it out on the deck. It's a very short drive over to the beach and no problem findng a parking spot. Phillips restaurant is right there on the main highway (it's less crowded that the one down toward the boardwalk end of town). The owners are very pleasant. We even went back for a long weekend in the Fall last year and are looking forward to this year's vacation. This is truly a great place to rent.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This house gives a wonderful experience for ocean city. This is the perfect house for families with young children or who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown life. This quiet neighborhood is really relaxing and my family had a great time. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog! Thanks again, we really appreciated the enjoyable vacation :-)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with young children.

I've stayed at this property more than once with friends. The owners are great to work with. This house has an open floor plan living/dining/kitchen and is very spacious. The screened in porch is nice and you have use of the grill outside. There are bathrooms in each bedroom and another in the hall! Located so close to everything, a short drive or bike ride to the beach - but out of the way enough so that it is peaceful and quiet. My family and friends love this place!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The large screened in porch is one of my favoriate things. We eat out there whenever we can! The brand new play equiptment in the park, directly across the street is wonderful. I also think the private bathroom connected to each bedroom makes it a great rental.
