The Villa is situated along the five mile wide Indian River. Sebastian is a small old Florida Fishing Village that takes you back to a simpler time where your stress will melt away and folks still wave and say hello when they pass you by.

Just steps from your front door are Waterfront Restaurants, Live Entertainment Seven Nights per week and a One Mile Long Lighted Walkway, Bike Path along the riverfront in the Historic district.

If you’re not familiar with the Sebastian River area, you’re in for a delightful surprise. Manatees, Dolphins, herons, pelicans, seagulls and fish of every kind, and nature-loving humans love the Sebastian River. Pelican Island, the country's first National Wildlife Refuge, was established here over a century ago. Ever since, Sebastian has remained a place that cherishes its natural beauty and makes a special effort to preserve it.

The Atlantic Ocean is only minutes away, you'll never run out of things to do here. Our guests find that they never want to leave because they are so comfortable here. But if you can tear yourself away, you'll find that the beaches on the barrier island, across the Indian River lagoon, are practically deserted.   • We went down to Sebastian for a family member's 70th birthday and had a wonderful time staying in this condo! The furnishings were very "homey" and not one detail was overlooked. Everything you can imagine was there ... right down to the beach chairs and umbrella. The view from the balcony was stunning. We would highly recommend this condo for anyone and everyone looking for a special place to stay!

  • My wife and I have been going to Sebastian for many years now. Finding a place to stay in Sebastian was tough with the limited choices. Now the choices just got more limited, because if you can't stay at this unit, don't waste your time anywhere else. The owners of this beautiful villa have used nothing but the finest of furnishings. The location is one of the best spots in town. This is going to be our home away from home when visiting Sebastian. If you have any questions email me and I will help you out if possible.
