<<<<<<<<<<My husband and I had previously lived in the mountains of Colorado, but we LOVE the ocean. Ever since we honeymooned on Oahu we've been going back to vacation as often as we can. As our family grew, we found Hawaii to be the perfect place to take the kids. They couldn't get enough of the ocean. They were just amazed the first time we took them snorkeling - they said, "Cool, it's like swimming in giant a fish tank!" There was no question, we had to invest in our own piece of Hawaii

Our family stay was from 12/22 - 29/2011. The place needs a little work and a fresh coat of paint.. Some of the fixtures and shelves are falling apart and needs repair. Need to get rid of the teflon pans that are all scratched up. A few light bulbs were out and need to be replaced. Otherwise the place is very close to Ala Moana Shopping Center and Wakiki. Very convenient location. Good place to stay if you are not particular, but since we are senior citizens and our daughters are over 40 our expectations may be a little highter than the standard renters.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers.
