Situated on 1000 acres, this restored cabin combines modern amenities along with total privacy. The main cabin features one bedroom on the main floor, a living room and a large kitchen with dishwasher. A second bedroom is located downstairs and there are two bedrooms in the loft area. A converted bunk house has become The Long Branch Saloon and features a bar, a foosball table,bathroom with shower and one loft bedroom. The property offers spectacular views and excellent hiking and hunting opportunities. A lake located 1/2 mile off of our property is owned by the Denver Water Board and is open to fishing for trout, perch and crappies. We are ideal for small weddings or family reunions. We are located 25 minutes from Southwest Denver and Conifer.
