We invite you to be our guest at Beach Colony's newest tower in our East End unit. Only 2 years old, this building was built after Ivan. From the oversized (300sq. Ft.) balcony, you will see some of the best views of one of the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf. From the breakfast nook, you'll find breath-taking views of Perdido Bay and Johnson Beach State Park.
As you walk through the front door, you'll feel right at home in our comfy, beautifully decorated condo. Through the double doors on the right, you'll enter our large master bedroom with a king bed. The master bath has a jetted tub and a stand alone shower. Down the opposite hall, you'll find the other 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each. These bedrooms have their own bath, as well as a 23" flat screen TV with DVDs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops. The living area has a large wrap around sofa with a 32" Flat Screen TV, DVD, and stereo.
Exclusive Beach Colony Resort is located on 11 acres of fabulous beachfront. The East Tower has 2 elevators with only 4 units per floor. Located on the property are 3 pools (1 heated), clay tennis courts, and a fitness center.

When my husband and I first entered the condo our first and probably second and third words were Wow! Wow! Wow! It was even more beautiful that it looked in photos. We would recommend this property to a friend or relative in a heartbeat. The owner was helpful and nice to work with - we loved being on the east end for the views and enjoyed the area very much. Our grandchildren visited and saw the ocean for the first time - priceless - and we are coming back next year! My husband, not a morning person, loved waking up to the view of the ocean. Thank you so much for sharing your condo.

The condo is more than spacious, upscale in its finishes, and completely delightful. Even though it is adjacent to a public access, the beach was not crowded, even on a holiday weekend. I definitely would love to stay in this condo again. The owner is sooo nice!!! You just couldn't ask for a better condo.

The condo was fantastic. It was very clean and roomy. You can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean or even from the master bedroom. The fitness room was well equipped for both cardio and weights. The multiple pools and hot tub were great. With it being July 4th, we watched about 10 cities in the distance shooting fireworks for quite some time. The ocean was great. Some days the waves were fun and some days it was just calm and relaxing calm. The local food was very good as well.

We have stayed in the area for 15 years and this is the best property we have ever stayed in anywhere! The condo is more than spacious, upscale in its finishes, and completely delightful.
