Welcome to Wildflower Ridge in Davenport, Florida. Located in the lovely residential community is this beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Executive family home. It is modern, fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, complete with private swimming pool and spa. This home provides state-of-the-art living, comfort and freedom that cannot be found in a hotel room.

You'll be able to enjoy all the comforts of home with all the pleasures of being away. Make the most of the Florida sunshine during the day, and relax in the balmy Florida air each evening. The Wildflower Ridge community is tranquil and away from the hustle and bustle, but still a short drive from whatever you need.

This home provides state-of-the-art living, comfort and freedom that cannot be found in a hotel room.

Accommodating 10 people comfortably, this home features two suites. The first has a king size bed and private bathroom; the 2nd bedroom has a queen and private bathroom; the 3rd and 4th bedrooms feature 2 twin beds in each.
Each bedroom is equipped with it's own TV, so everyone in the family can enjoy their own down time!The fabulous screened-in pool with poolside spa and patio deck are larger than the average for maximum enjoyment and family entertainment.

Disney and other area attractions are just a short drive away, while great shopping and dining are just minutes away. Enjoy all of the fabulous attractions that Orlando has to offer including the world-famous bass fishing in the Kissimmee lakes and the more than 25 area golf courses that are within easy reach.

Outside:
The garden and pool area is south facing to provide maximum benefit of sunshine, whilst also being very private and not overlooked by any neighbours. The pool and spa can be heated for an optional extra, although not needed for majority of the year. Under water pool lighting for the evening and plenty of sun loungers for all guests.

  • The location and layout of the house was ideal! We commented to each other on many occasions how pleased we were with the house. It's is very close to everything but yet far enough away to be out of the hectic traffic. The location is very convenient and there is a grocery store about 15 minutes away. You may not be aware that there will be a new grocery store built even closer! I have sent the link for the house to a number of people in the office here and highly recommend that they check it out. We absolutely recommend your house for anyone visiting Florida! I hope you enjoy your upcoming trip as much as we enjoyed our stay.
