Enjoy sea, sun, and sand at this comfortable, amenity-filled 4 story home. You can entertain friends and family for hours in and out of the property. St. Simons Island is a family-friendly place where shopping and eateries abound. Be sure to visit some of the local favorites, such as The 4th of May Restaurant and Ziggy Mahoney's. Walking or biking the island is a great way to take in the area and the culture. Bike paths and sidewalks criss cross the whole island.
Within the Palm Villa, the master bedroom is on a separate floor from the guest rooms, providing you and your guests with privacy. The master bath features a large glassed in shower, as well as jetted tub for your comfort and relaxation.
The living room, with it's overstuffed leather couches and flat screen tv, as well as the kitchen and dining room make up the floor between the master bedroom and guest rooms. Relax in the private, outdoor jetted spa with waterfall after a day at the beach or a morning bike ride.
The villa is located at the Villas at Coast Cottages, adjacent to the Coast Cottages neighborhood near the Old Coast Guard station.

Why the Owner Chose St. Simons Island
We are definitely beach people! We love the sound of the waves crashing on the beach in the morning and the feel of sand between our toes. St. Simons Island has all the excitement of the beach with a relaxed Southern attitude. We wish we could be there all the time!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
When we get down to our villa, we enjoy spending time browsing the shops at the village pier and enjoying all the dining experiences the island has to offer. There's a little shop on Ocean Avenue where we rent bikes and ride them all over the island. Our son loves to fly kites on the beach in the evenings.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palm Villa. My wife and I hosted 4 other couples comfortably. We played wiffle ball and bocce on the beach, then relaxed in the spa! We grilled out in the evenings. I couldn't have asked for a better weekend with friends!
