The Tuscan themed community is located on Lake Cay, next to the Orange County Convention Center and only a short distance from Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld Adventure Park and SeaWorld’s newest park, Aquatica. I was a little disappointed with this property when I first walked through the door. It had generally good quality furnishings but sparse and tired looking, on closer inspection it was clear that this accommodation was fairly basic and filthy. Towels were ragged and worn, every piece of crockery was chipped, floors were very dirty around edges and corners, there were candy wrappers and popcorn under beds and chairs and there were 3 roaches (IN A SECOND FLOOR CONDO!!). We had booked for 5 nights but on being woken at 3.00am (on the 1st night) scratching and finding bites on legs and remnants of potato chips in the master bed I immediately emailed the the rental company. Obviously I didn't expect a reply until working hours, and so the complaint was dealt with at 9.15am. I had advised that I would not spend another night and was offered a thorough clean (NOT A CHANCE) and was then offered a town house in the same resort. My wife and I viewed it and it was superb, well furnished and very clean, what I had expected in the first place I thoroughly recommend the town house but cannot recommend, on any level, this condo.

Vista Cay is the best place to stay if you need to go to Orlando for any reason. Very convenient to all local attractions, malls, eating places etc. Right across the street from Orange county convention center but you will need a car! Close to Walmart and many other local stores for those things you forgot! Great pool and especially great for families, but it is very quiet usually in the pool area. We love it. this will be our third year staying there and we will continue to come every year for our event. We have referred several people each year here and they have never been disappointed.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway.

We returned from our stay and have to say this condo far exceeded our expectations! It is large and spacious and allowed our family to enjoy a wonderful vacation together with all of the comforts of home! I would recommend it to anyone who sees the value in staying at a "home-away-from-home" versus just a hotel room.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Wow! I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was very private and luxurious. The lakefront view was very refreshing, compared to the cold snowy weather here in Michigan! I watched the Sea World fireworks from the balcony! We especially enjoyed preparing our own breakfast - the grocery store (Publix) was just down the street. And the BEST part is the PRICE! It's a steal! I would definitely come stay here again.

Honestly, it is the nicest and best condo we have ever stayed in!!! I love that you use the key pad-not mail me a key! The furniture was so nice and the bedding was great . That is why I left my clothes in the drawer-- I would never dream of putting my clothes in some furniture! Our last condo we stayed in was in Hilton head Island over the Thanksgiving weekend. All I could talk about was how nice the one in Fla. was !!

decided to check. Glad I did! We loved the condo. I loved that the price was so affordable because I was going to have to give up my hotel room, not take my 2 managers and stay with another owner and split the cost with her. All of that because last year business wasn't what we could have wished for! So, the week before convention here I was making some financial changes and there you were with a great price. Thank you! You don't know how you were such a blessing! to me .

What a find!!! First off we felt very safe at this Vista Cay property complex. Coming and going by car was easy. Tons of restaurants, Super Walmart and Publix grocery store close by. The condo is impressive. Great comfy beds. Beautiful kitchen with every thing you need to whip up a nice meal. We had a lovely crock pot dinner waiting for us one night when we had been to Epcott. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the lake. Bought park tickets at club house. Enjoyed the club house pool and activities. Ron was easy to work with. My deposit check returned to me quickly. We would recommend this condo\experience to everyone! Thanks for a great Janurary get away. Eileen
