This highly desired, 7th floor, West tower, Deluxe "B" unit is a "TWO" bedroom, one full bath Gulf Front condominium overlooking the white beaches & emerald waters of PCB! "West Is Best" for sunset views! Includes a spacious king-size bedroom with 27" television, double closet & gulf front balcony access. Now added is a 2nd bedroom with double bed, closet, TV, Beach/Gulf view. Condo has a fully equipped kitchen & comfortable living area with 32" television, cable, wirless internet service, DVD/VCR, sofa, love seat & also has balcony access! 4 person dining on the Balcony! The B units are bigger & have the best panoramic views & dual balcony access! "7th Heaven" definately shows pride in ownership!
The Sunbird is a gated property with 3 pools (one heated in the cooler months), grilling area, tennis court, & on-site rental activities. Parking is on the same side as the building! And you can't beat this property's location! You can even walk right next door, on the beach if you like, to "Pineapple Willies"!
Responsible party for the rental must be minimum age 25+ years and must occupy "7th Heaven" for the duration of the rental.

Why the Owner Chose Sunbird
I bought this B unit because of the location! Thomas drive right at Front Beach Road, near St. Andrews State Park. Less traffic jams on Thomas Drive, within walking distance to dining, shopping. I also loved the floorplan of this unit. Every room has a view of the Gulf! Even the bathroom. Dual access to the balcony, and my balcony has Panoramic East and West views! You can see the all the way to the Jetties on a clear day and watch the sunsets! Not many balconies offer all that!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You will enjoy the only 2 complete private bedroom unit in the complex! And hopefully for less than other 2 BR/1 BA gulf front units elsewhere! Plus the views from every room! I take pride in my investment, and I strive for my guests to be as comfortable as I expect to be when I spend time there!

The best out of 6 visits to Sunbird Suites, none of which were bad. The extra room was very useful as our granddaughter came with us. Wonderful view, little extras that are overlooked by most.(lg towel drying rack, beach toys etc). Will certainly be back.

This condo was exactly as described. We really enjoyed our time here. This condo has a great view overlooking the gulf looking east. It is right next door to Pineapple Willy's and about 1/4 mile from the Walmart Supercenter. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for a nice stay. Very comfortable furnishings. Communication with the owners was very very easy and they answered all my questions very quickly.

This condo is everything it is described to be. The location is right in the middle of everything you want to get to...Wal-Mart, shops, dining, fun and games...etc... It offers spectacular views. The second bedroom is nicely decorated and the bedding was comfortable. You will find that the owner, Aubrey, is very friendly and courteous. This is a home away from home. Thank you Aubrey for providing a warm relaxing place to unwind and rest.

I've stayed at Sunbird the second weekend of September since 2001 and I will say that this was the most relaxing and enjoyable stay my family and I've had. My daughter wanted to say thank you very much for the extra bedroom. The only problem I had was using the bathroom. I think it would be perfect if the toilet was about 6 inches higher off the floor. Thank you very much for sharing your condo with us. I believe we will be back next year and if things stay the same as they are now, many more years in the future.
Owner response:Thank you all for the comments. They are much appreciated! I just want to note that the toilet in "7th Heaven" is indeed a standard size & height toilet, as in any bathroom. I fear raising it higher would make it harder for our younger/smaller guests to use it properly, but I will look into some other helpful options! Thank you for the input. We are always trying to find ways to make everyone's stay comfortable & enjoyable!

We stayed at the 7th Heaven aug.,13-17,2009. the condo is decorated so nice and its very clean. We loved it there! I had a few teenagers with me and they thought your condo was just adorable! Plenty of room for all of us.We will be back next year im sure. The view was perfect, everyone was very nice to us. And yes we walked to Pineapple Willys, its one of my favorite places to eat. Thanks again for letting us stay there, the Blairs.

Everything is just as described! We stayed the week of July 11th-18th, 2009 and we had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and very well kept. The view was spectacular. We had such a great time during Spring Break at your condo. The extra bedroom added makes it more private if you have more than one couple staying there. Very nice and clean, the views are to die for and close to major resturants and entertainment. I hope to rent from you again soon. This is a very nice unit. Our family really enjoyed the view out of the windows. You can tell that this is really maintained place. We had no problems all week long. We will come back and rent the 7th heaven again.
