Located in the center of Paris, our fully remodeled, air-conditioned two-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath St. Julien Paris apartment rental comfortably sleeps four people in luxury. Decorated in French provincial style and featuring loads of modern amenities, this Paris abode features three west-facing French doors that provide plenty of afternoon sunlight, gorgeous views of Paris sunsets, and awesome views of the Eiffel Tower. With a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, a sofa that converts into two twin beds in the living room, and another sofa that sleeps one in the partitioned second bedroom off the living room, it's perfect for a family or a group. Compared to any hotel in Paris, this Paris apartment rental is a great value.

All of our windows and doors have the highest quality sound proofing, the same as Paris luxury hotels, so count on getting an excellent night’s sleep. And the apartment is air-conditioned, an important and rare feature in most Paris apartment rentals!

The location of this third-floor Paris apartment rental couldn’t be more perfect. Only a stone’s throw from the Seine in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, it is only one block from and overlooks the beautiful Champ du Mars gardens and is surrounded by cafés, shops, restaurants, and open markets. Across the street is a bus stop that can deliver you anywhere in the city, and there’s a metro stop conveniently located nearby.

Step into the Paris apartment rental to a long hallway with storage closets and an antique console table below an oil painting. On your left is the toilet, decorated in beige marble. There is a sink for extra ‘getting ready’ room. Next to the WC is a laundry closet with a separate washer and dryer by Miele.

Further in and to your right is the beautiful triple living/dining room with open-plan kitchen. This living area is absolutely fabulous, with three sets of French doors opening out onto the street below and fabulous views of the Champ du Mars park directly ahead. Look to your right and there’s the top of the Eiffel Tower in all her glory. It is truly beautiful when lit up at night, and its 10-minute magic light show every hour on the hour is simply mesmerizing. This large living area, featuring oak parquet floors and decorated in warm yellows and French blues, creates a welcome and friendly atmosphere, perfect for coming home to after a long day of sightseeing. At the far end of the room is a six-foot-long high-quality sofa bed that makes up into a comfortable single bed at night, and the sliding wooden partition provides total privacy. The second sofa in the room also converts for sleeping, as the seat slides out slightly to make a single bed and the trundle bed underneath easily rolls out for a second single bed. We’ve installed the highest quality double-pane glass windows in our Paris apartment rental to ensure a quiet night’s sleep.

Two large armchairs in complete the seating, allowing everyone to relax in comfort in this inviting, well-lit space to plan their next day’s activities. For your entertainment there is a flat-screen plasma TV so you can watch CNN, CNBC, and the BBC, a dual-standard DVD player, and a CD player with radio.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area on the left side of the room is sure to delight both your eye and your pocketbook. You’ll want to take full advantage of the open markets that surround you and enjoy first-class dining with a view! The glass dining table sits in front of one of the French doors and expands to seat eight, with a beautiful period chandelier above that contrasts nicely with the table’s modern look. The kitchen features pale oak cabinets with pale granite worktops, and it is stocked with everything needed for cooking gourmet meals.

The second (main) bathroom of our Paris apartment rental, at the end of the entrance hall, is beautifully tiled in marble and features a modern porcelain bowl sink, a full-size bathtub with both fixed and flexible showerheads and a mirrored medicine cabinet.

The romantic master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a beautifully carved headboard, a large window overlooking a quiet inner courtyard, and a flat-screen plasma TV and dual-standard DVD player so the children can watch TV while the adults socialize in the living room. There is also a built-in double closet and shelves on either side of the bed with bedside lamps for reading.
The en-suite master bathroom features a large, glass-enclosed shower with a fixed showerhead, toilet and dual porcelain bowl sinks. It is tiled with Travertine marble with a line of copper mosaics at the top — a very clean and modern look.

Air Conditioned Luxury, Sale! Amazing 2 BR+Aircon+Paris Views!

Year Purchased: 2008

Why the Owner Chose Paris Arrondissement 6

We tried a variety of neighborhoods over the years and found that living in an apartment in the 7th arrondissement in Paris offered the best access to everything we love and enjoy! Step outside and enjoy café’ au lait on rue Cler on a sunny morning, stroll to Paris landmarks, museums and monuments, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Grand Palais, American Library. Take morning walks, picnics & bike rides in the Champs de Mars gardens, to romantic walks home along the river at sunset. It’s a beautiful old quartier near the romantic Seine that has maintained a village-like atmosphere, surrounded by bistros and shops so you can step outside and savor life. It's one of the safest arrondissements in Paris; it offers more open air markets than any arrondissement in Paris. It costs more to invest in the 7th, but to us, it is worth every penny. We greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know what our favorite cheeses are and make favorite suggestions. They know the exact kind of baguette we want each day, not too brown and crusty for soft cheese. That is what we have been lucky enough to find in our neighborhood and we hope you’ll have a chance to enjoy the same special lifestyle. You’ll love living like a Parisian in our charming Paris neighborhood, strolling to landmarks and monuments nearby. Our apartments are located near to more open air markets than any other neighborhood in Paris; you’ll love shopping with Parisians for the freshest foods to enjoy at home that evening. That is what we want you to experience in Paris, so you’ll come back to stay with us time and again!

Owner's Map of Paris Arrondissement 6

My company transferred me from San Francisco to London for work, and it wasn’t long before I met my husband Philippe on a ski vacation. We were married and bought our first apartment in Paris where Philippe was working as a cardiac surgeon. Friends and family loved staying there for the fantastic location and views – walking distance to cafés, landmarks sights and wonderful shops. They loved the experience of living like a Parisian, shopping in the nearby open air markets for the freshest foods, buying warm baguettes next door, enjoying café au lait on the balcony, eating at affordable brasseries and restaurants that Parisians go to just around the corner. They asked if they could rent our pied-à-terre when we were away, and our Paris apartment rentals business was born! Philippe left medicine for business and we now commute between London and Paris on the Eurostar and have two great children who have French and American citizenship ... and who always point out my French grammar mistakes!

“Thank you Paris Perfect for enhancing our stay in Paris. The service was exceptional from the time of our booking. We felt that every effort was made to make our stay in Paris trouble free. The information on what to do and where to eat was wonderful with many hours spent by all members of our family deciding on which one first. Although we were certainly tourists and drawn to the many typical tourist sites, this information also enabled us to sample a little bit of the 'real Parisian experience'. The apartment was in top order and centrally located. Our girls felt that they were 'really living in Paris' and loved running down to the Boulangerie every day for fresh croissants and bread. We certainly plan to return."

"Our family of five had a wonderful stay at the St. Julien apartment last month. Upon our arrival, we were met by a Paris Perfect staff member, who gave us general information about the apartment and the neighborhood. The aparment was clean and in excellent condition. The location was wonderful for exploring Paris by foot; we were within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, Invalides, the Rodin Museum, and many other attractions. The Ecole Militaire Metro station was a five minute walk away, and Rue Cler, with it's many gourmet food shops, was also nearby. We used the apartment's kitchen to make dinner "at home" on two nights, which the children loved. The other nights, we ate out, usually at one of the excellent restaurants on rue Saint-Dominique. Les Cocottes de Christian Constant was our family's favorite restaurant. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was roomy enough for our family of one girl (age 13) and two boys (age 11 and 8). It came with a washer/dryer, diswhasher, TV, DVD player, phone (with free phone calls to the US!), and free wireless internet. We appreciated the small touches, such as the DVD library, the dishsoap/laudry detergent, and electrical converters. The Paris Perfect staff had even stocked the refrigerator with a few essentials like milk, orange juice, and a bottle of white wine. This was all unexpected and greatly appreciated. For families, a Paris Perfect apartment is not only more comfortable than staying in a hotel, but much more economical as well. Our overall experience was extremely positive and we are going to recommend Paris Perfect to all of our friends"

We absolutely loved our apartment and the area where it was located. The apartment was beautifully decorated and was equipped with all the amenities we needed and then some. The area was very safe and close (walking distance) to the wonderful places in Paris that we love to visit each time we come. The information package provided by Paris Perfect is extremely thorough and the restaurant and shopping recommendations were wonderful. It's an invaluable tool and should be used without hesitation. We dined at 3 of the recommended restaurants and were very pleased with our meals and service. If there is anything we would caution a perspective client of the Saint Julien apartment, it would be that the 2nd bedroom faces the street and can be noisy. Otherwise, we recommend Paris Perfect without hesitation and look forward to our next visit.

"We were really happy with Paris Perfect and our stay in the St. Julien. We used Paris Luxe apartments during our last stay in Paris and were so disappointed that we checked out and stayed in a hotel. Paris Perfect renewed our trust in renting an apartment in Paris and we would highly recommend them. I was particularly impressed with the St. Julien renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Also the view of the Eiffel Tower was even better than expected. "

We loved the apartment. The bedroom was completely quiet (it faces the courtyard) and even in December and the apartment was filled with light. A highpoint for us was the cooking class at Le Violin d'Ingres. Don't miss it! It was great fun and we learned a lot--and then had a wonderful lunch that we had cooked."

St Julien is absolutely perfect - warm, cozy & a pleasant "home" to come home to after a hard day shopping and sight-seeing in your beautiful city.
