  The lobby, skybar, pools & size of the rooms were great. However, the condo was not cleaned very well. There were stains all over the carpet in both the bedroom & living room; we kept our shoes on because our feet would be so dirty from walking across the floors. The shower curtain in the master bath was covered in mildew & there was toothpaste on the faucets in both bathrooms. There was dust hanging from the ceiling fans, on the baseboards & on the closet door in the living room. There was a door broken off of the entertainment center. Even though the condo is on the 12th floor, it was very noisy because there was no door sweep on the front door (there was about 1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the door). This made sleeping on the bunk beds impossible due to the honking, loud motorcycles & people talking outside the door. The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. We were given 2 arm bands, which would have been fine, except they were not the standard rubber armbands, they were paper...she seemed bothered by us asking for additional armbands. Also, she did not explain the elevators to us, so it was confusing getting our luggage to the room. With a good cleaning and a few minor repairs, I think we would have enjoyed our stay.

  Had a great vacation June 2010. Emerald Beach was great, no oil!! I would recommend this unit to anyone. It was great to have 2 bathrooms. Like the owners flexibility - rented Sun. to Sun. not all owners do that. Clean unit, friendly staff, love Sharky's food. Valet parking if needed.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

  This is a great resort and condo. Beautiful decor in the condo and throughout the whold resort. It will great when the sports bar and other eating place open. This resort has only been open for 3 months. We were either the first ones to stay here or very close. View is unbeliveable. Great sunsets. I would definitely stay here again.
