A great multi-family or multi-generation vacation home, there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor for easy access: one queen bedroom and a great kid's room with a single bed and bunk bed. Two king bedrooms on the second floor, one with a gulf view balcony, and a third floor tower room offer wonderful views of the Gulf. This property sleeps 9 in closed bedrooms or up to 12 total including convertible beds.
Very comfortable! Lots of balcony and veranda space to spread out and relax on your Destin holiday. After a day at the beach, enjoy a refreshing dip in your private pool. (Heated upon request, for a fee in the off season) There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (one in suite with a jetted tub in the master bedroom) .
Turn left on Scenic 98, straight off the Mid Bay Bridge, and you’re almost home! Near Destin Commons, all the services and retailers you could think of, and just 4 miles from Silver Sands Factory outlet. Plenty of choices for fine, fun or beachfront dining, several within walking distance. County public transit stop at the foot of the street. Near pristine Henderson Beach State Park. Short drive to amusement centers, water sport rentals, fishing charters and dolphin cruises - all the fun that Destin has to offer!

About the owner: We live near Montreal, Canada. Owner of a travel agency since 1991. We understand what travellers look for in a vacation home. We have enjoyed Destin for over 20 years and we have witnessed its impressive development. We have been married since 1976 and have two beautiful children who are now university graduates and making a life on their own
Why the Owner Chose Crystal Beach:
Destin is a unique vacation spot. We loved it from the first time we visited as a young couple camping at the KOA campground at the end of Cobia street. The campground has now been replaced by a major residential development. Our house is walking distance from the beach in a quiet neighbourhood.
