"Seventh Haven" is a new addition to the family vacation area after being built in 2004 as a custom created primary residence. It affords an uninterrupted view of the Yachats River kicking up the surf over a broad tidal beach, spouting horns, and rocky outcrops.
After sunset there is the high tech retreat into 250 satellite channels available with DVR, over a 40" High Definition LCD panel TV with surround sound; and a separate kids room with video accessible 36" DVR standard TV. See amenities for more information.
Most of the local restaurants and shops are only one to three blocks away and it is an easy walk to both the south shore tidal beach and the north shore 804 Trail.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$200 low season/ $250 high season/ $275 holidays (two night minimum)
Prefer weekly rentals during high season
Cleaning fee $150.00
City/State tax 8%
An advance security deposit of $400 will confirm a reservation
Pets are allowed only with advance permission and an extra $400 deposit.
No smoking is allowed in the home or surrounding deck area - smoking area in yard.
