- April 10 to May 21 = $950/week
- May 22 to Sept. 7 = $1,350/week (also during Memorial Day & Labor Day holidays)
- Sept. 8 to Oct. 15 = $900/week
plus $100 cleaning fee + 12.5% state tax

The Phillips' from Sboro Al will definitely be back. Havent visited PC FL in years.I have never stayed in a condo where the owner provides so MANY extras. Ladies, even small packs of make-up remover was provided along with soap, beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc... It was great, the location was great, the view was great, parking area was great.This condo is Highly recommended :) Even a rainy day inside this particular condo was still a great day at the beach !

I had no idea of how wonderful this place would be. Our family was amazed at how nice the beach is, how clear the water is and most of all, how relaxing our vacation was. We were sorry that we just had 1 week here, but will certainly go back often because the place and the price were a great value. The owners were also easy to deal with, and they were very accommodating.

I really enjoyed my stay here! It is in a great part of Panama City Beach and very close to nearby attractions like Pier Park. The unit was great: nice bedrooms, large kitchen, TVs in every room, and the most fantastic view from the larger than life balcony. By being 21 floors high, we even saw dolphins from our unit! There are plenty of nearby restaurants and plenty to do on the beach like jetski rentals, parasailing, etc. We truly liked being right on the beach (white sand and emerald clear water). We could have breakfast on the balcony, make a quick lunch in the kitchen, and even refill the cooler to take down to the beach. We also had relaxing evening dips in the hot tub downstairs. I highly recommend staying here!

I absolutely loved this place! The view has got the be the best. Waking up and having breakfast on the large balcony while looking and listening to the ocean truly made it feel like a vacation. There is a great shopping area nearby called Pier Park with tons of restaurants too! The condo is clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
