Owner Description
I love my little piece of paradise and take pride in keeping it clean, nicely decorated, and well maintained. It is my home away from home.
There is no daily maid service but the units are cleaned in between guests and made ready for their arrival. We have an office manager and I also have an overseer to contact for any questions or emergencies. Arrangements may be made for pick up at the airport which is only a 10 minute drive to the condo.
Why the Owner Chose Frigate Bay
On my first trip to St. Kitts, we drove up the mountain to the look out point. The view literally took my breathe away. From this vantage point, our complex, - nestled between the Marriott and Island Paradise - appears like a cluster of seafoam coloured treehouses amidst palm trees, casarina pine trees, and lush gardens. It's not remote - yet somehow isolated from commercialism. A place to enjoy complete relaxation!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Staying at our home gives you choices of eating in, out, or a combination of both. For the first evening that we're there, we enjoy getting a bite to eat at PJ's next door. Good food and it lets you acclimatize and unwind from the flight. Love having breakfast on the deck and sharing food with the local birds. By the way, they love the local brown sugar and will eat out of your hand. A second cup of coffee is so nice at the Seawall or the loft deck either with a book or just dreaming as the waves lap at the beach.
