We welcome your visit to our Maui Home! We think you will enjoy yourselves in this tropical paradise condo and want to come back again and again! The beach is a short 2 minute walk from our condo. Take an early morning walk on the sand, snorkel, swim, or just stretch out and relax!
Ours is one of just a few units at Kamaole Sands with an extra large lanai. From the lanai you will enjoy lush garden views and a partial ocean view as well. And the way our condo is situated you will enjoy tropical breezes throughout the day.
Our condo is located on the third floor of building #7. The unit is very comfortable with AIR CONDITIONING and ceiling fans in the main living area AND in the bedroom. The bedroom has a new KING bed with a new pillow-top Serta mattress. Both bathrooms have a full, walk-in shower.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need: microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and new Circulon cookware. There are also gas barbeque grills and tables in the common area should you decide to picnic on the grounds. The surrounding gardens and fountains make your outdoor dining experience exquisite!
But if you choose to go out for dinner...Kamaole Sands is centrally located in Kihei and just a half mile from Wailea. Restaurants abound in both areas. You will never lack for fabulous dining experiences!
Personally, we prefer dining on the beach. Every evening we take our chairs down to the water's edge. We carry along a bottle of wine and maybe some cheese and crackers and some fresh pineapple. And there we sit, sipping our wine, watching the sunset. We invite you to do the same. It will become your favorite dining spot anywhere in the world!

Why the Owner Chose Kamaole Sands
We purchased this property so that we would have an excuse to travel to beautiful Maui as often as possible. There's simply no place like Maui! Without fail we are sitting on the beach at sunset with fruit, cheese, and wine. And we linger there long after sunset. It's the most magical time of the day and, quite often, we have the entire beach to ourselves!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our unit is so centrally located and there is so much to do in that area. Besides our evenings on the beach, when we stay in Maui we walk across the street and go for long walks on the beach every morning. It's a great way to start the day and you meet so many wonderful people (and dogs!) while walking. And we have so many restaurants we love that it's hard to choose which ones to list. Joe's Bar and Grill is a favorite as well as Mama's Fish House. We also love eating at Tommy Bahama's in the Shops at Wailea when Jamie Lawrence is performing. Don't miss him! We also love the Magic Show in Lahaina. It's a one man show and he's HYSTERICAL! Save your money, though, and skip the pre-show. It's not worth it. We always try to travel to the top of Haleakala each time we go. It's spectacular up there. Particulary on a clear day. If you're up that direction, visit the Pineapple Winery. Lots of interesting historical information on the tour which doesn't take very long. And the wine is delightful! Oh yes, I can't forget to mention Kihei Ice Cream and Yogurt - our favorite place to get the richest, creamiest ice cream in the world. YUM! And finally there's a restaurant called Da Kitchen. There's a small on in Kihei with a limited menu but I'd recommend you travel over to Kahului as their menu is more extensive. But even if all you do is lay on the beach your entire vacation you'll have a fabulous time!
