Charming and comfortable family house located 6 kms from Saint Tropez, 2 kms from Ramatuelle. It is situated in front of the famous Pampelonne beach. The villa is on a totally private parcel entirely fenced, which includes a mature garden. The panomara offers both extended views of the sea and the hills. Ideally located on the Bay of Pampelonne, the property is situated off a small road that accesses the famous private beaches of Saint Tropez (Les Jumeaux, Les Palmiers, Tropicana - Nikky Beach). This strategic location provides easy and traffic free access to both Saint Tropez and the beaches.
The house is fresh and cool, elegantly simple and practical. There is a chlorine-free heated swimming pool surrounded by two spacious wooden teak decks, ideal for sunbathing as well as for resting in the shade. The villa has been completely painted and tastefully restored by meticulous Swiss owners.
Night life, shopping, excellent restaurants, cultural events, wonderful museum in Saint Tropez, brocante markets provide a family or group of friends a relaxed and enjoyable holiday.
For Winter guests, there is a charming open fire and the house is equipped with a reliable general electrical heating system.
The villa is a peaceful, wonderful and secure holiday place for families with children and friends, being just next to the unique Pampelonne beaches anf the famous Saint Tropez.
The property is located at walking distance from the Pampelonne beaches where you find a lot of different very good beach restaurants. Some of them have kids clubs, massage services and boutiques.
The coast is carved with creeks and inlets all with stunning crystal clear waters which are appreciated for their privacy.

Nous sommes restés une semaine durant les voiles de St-Tropez, la maison est décorée avec goût et d'une extrême propreté, on se sent rapidement comme chez soi, le jardin est magnifique avec de superbes plantations et beaux arbres. La piscine est belle et impeccable pouvant accueillir plusieurs convives pour s'y prélasser autour. Les personnes rattachées à la maison que nous avons eu l'occasion de croiser (jardinier, pisciniste et agent immobilier) sont d'une extrême gentillesse, discrétion et efficacité! On sent que les propriétaires sont méticuleux, n'oubliant aucun détail et amoureux de cette belle maison pleine de charme. Nous invitons toute personne désireuse de douceur de vie et cherchant un endroit chargé de belles énergies d'y séjourner. Nous la recommandant chaleureusement et nous réjouissons d'y retourner l'été prochain

The House is perfect! The bedrooms have very good beds, outdoor living space comfortable, kitchen well equipped.. Nice swimming pool with heating, The house is tastefully decorated and very clean. House is situated near the beaches (Plages Les Jumeaux and NIKKI BEACH) and very close to St Tropez and Ramatuelle. Very good value! This year I rented the house for the second time and hope to be able to come back in 2012!!

I spent one week in August in this tastefully decorated and comfortable house. The pool and garden are very private, fun for kids and adults alike. The beach nearby is the best in the area. The property was immaculate, perfect for a most relaxing vacation.

What a DISAPPOINTMENT! For the rates the owners are charging you can do better in the St Tropez area. At a minimum you can find a house with a SECURITY SYSTEM and AIR CONDITIONING. The house was ROBBED while we slept one night. The robber broke in through the french doors, walked through our bedroom as we slept, into the bathroom, and out through our little girl's room. The only way to secure the house is to close about 18 heavy wooden shutters with heavy iron bars. Once you take 20 minutes to do this, the house becomes a hot, airless, dark cave - a suffocating environment during the summer months. When asked for help, the owners supplied 3 old fans - 2 big ones that sounded like airplane turbines when turned on and one mini desk fan. The house is located just off Route des Plages - one of the busiest streets in the St Tropez area - so the sound of traffic is constant while in the house. Also note that there are only 2 toilets in the house (this is not clear when the ad says three baths) - one where the bedrooms are and the other next to the kitchen. it is not a convenient situation if all the bedrooms are occupied. Finally, the wooden deck outside and around the pool was a constant source of splinters for the children.

In this part of the world it is highly recommended to be prudent and to close the shutters or the windows/doors during absence or night. You are a regular at Saint-Tropez - you can’t ignore this point. At your arrival our “house manager” advised you to be prudent. To safe the house closing the 11 shutters takes 5 minutes and to close the French doors with a key, only one second. Nobody can enter the house. As per your various requests and by empathy to your family we refund you an amount of money. To avoid any robbery, there is a safe where you can put money, jewelry and documents. In the description of the house it is clearly mentioned no Air Conditioning. 2 luxurious huge fans are there to provide you with fresh the air if needed and as per your urgent request our “house manager” provided 3 supplementary fans immediately. Many windows equipped with irons bars can be let opened to have fresh night air without any danger. The location of our house is very near the beaches; it is noisier only when people leave the beaches at the end of the day. To be in the trendy part of the famous Pampelonne Beach is your choice and it is surely livelier than to be 30 km off the beach in the Provençal silence. This is the choice you did. In the description of the house it is indicated 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets. We never had any complains regarding the wooden deck, and nobody complained about splinters. We can assure you that since guests occupy our home, all enjoyed their stays and we never had any complain at all.

I've stayed in many villas in many parts of the world and this one was perfect! The bedroom(s) set up were versatile, outdoor living space comfortable, kitchen well equipped and electronics ample. Simple, tastefully decorated and clean. I would love to go back and rent this villa again - excellent value.
