Our beautiful condo is a single-story unit on the fairway of the 17th hole of the Links Golf Course. This condo features two bedrooms, one king and two twin beds with two full bathrooms. Kitchen with hard maple cabinets and granite countertops. Laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. 1550 square feet, tile floors, plantation blinds, cable TV with DVD in den. Additional TVs in master bedroom and sunroom. High Speed internet. Has spacious 12 x 14 sunroom. Located on a quiet, spacious, and wooded street. Pets are NOT allowed. NO Smoking. Sandestin has full-time maintenance, daily trash pick up, and 24 hour security.
This condo is located in Bayou Village (second street on left) as you turn into the Bayside north gate. It is an approximate five minute bike ride to the beach without crossing Highway 98. There is an underpass for golf carts, walkers, joggers, and bikers to access beach.
