This 2300 square foot home now features an addition including: new home office, new luxury master bathroom, and a beautiful new deck and expanded terrace with cantera stone overlooking the private pool, garden and ocean.
Nearly everything in this home is new and top of the line: front load high capacity washer and dryer, Sony clock radios, Wolffgang Puck pots and pans, ceramic dishware, glassware, luxury towels and bedding, 42" flat screen TV, phone, fax/printer/copier/scanner, US & Canada satellite TV, WiFi, DVD player, CD player and more.
The dining room and living room have an 'open concept' that brings the outdoors in. Featuring glass walls with two sets of sliding doors that open up to the pool, garden and terrace. Enjoy drinks, and meals prepared poolside on our stainless steel grill, served on the teak & slate dining table, with seating for 6, and loungers for 4. Upstairs you will find a private Master Suite overlooking the pool with a large sun deck, umbrella, teak & slate table and loungers for 2. It's a perfect, private location for enjoying beautiful sunsets overlooking the Bay of Banderas.
Each of the 3 bedrooms offer: new king pillow-top bed, private bath, fan and A/C, high quality bedding, and sliding glass doors with a view of either Banderas Bay or the mountains. The kitchen is fully furnished for meals in, and includes all the necessary items for even the most discerning Chef.

Why the Owner Chose La Cruz de Huanacaxtle
La Puntilla is a very unique, small community (19 homes on 7 acres, each with their own pool). It is a gated and maintained community of homes that offers privacy and tranquility unlike any other we have found in Puerto Vallarta. The location allows for fine dining, convenient shopping, the beach, fishing, and sailing. Trade winds are constant, and the temperature November thru April is around 84 degrees, with little to no rain.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The master suite is one of my favorite rooms in the house. It is on the second floor, overlooking the pool, gardens and Banderas Bay. The large private balcony is a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee, mid day lounging, or pre-dinner cocktails. At night, we leave the doors open to feel the breeze and listen to the tropical sounds.
My husband's favorite room is probably the living room. He's a real sports fanatic and appreciates watching all the games on our large flat screen TV.

We wish we were there now! My husband and I spent a week at this wonderful vacation home. It is a lovely , comfortable, airy house with a fantasic pool and patio. Quick walk down to the beach. The owners gave us great reccomondations for nearby restaurants and beaches to explore, which really added to the vacation. We hope to get back there. Roger and Pamela Godfrey

We will definitely stay here again! Our daily walks on the beach to Bucerias and the yacht club were needed after eating at all the great restaurants in Punta de Mita. Had a great time body surfing and swimming nearby at the beach; and also enjoyed daily dips in the pool. Love all the upgrades done... We had stayed in the same house before improvements; and now it feels like a new house.

My wife and I spent a week here and just loved it. Walked on the beach and laid by the pool. A lovely home along with splendid amenities. We highly recommend it to anyone wanting to make certain their stay in Mexico by the sea is enjoyable. Excellent value for your vacation dollar.
