Brisas del Sur is a beautiful, newly constructed home only 15 minutes from San Juan del Sur. This luxury home offers incredible views of the Pacific and is located on a quiet hillside of Pacific Marlin Estates.

The living and dining areas open up to the pool and patio, allowing the cool ocean breezes to flow through the home and giving you great views of the Pacific. The living area is large and comfortable and has books, games and binoculars for your use. The beautiful wood dining table will seat six comfortably and there is additional seating at the kitchen bar. The spacious kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare great meals or light snacks.

The master bedroom, which is located in the main part of the house, has a queen bed, private bath, ceiling fan and walk in closet. The two additional bedrooms are located poolside and both have private baths, closets and ceiling fans. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a queen and two full beds. For your convenience, there is a half bath located poolside.
