This is my 3rd time renting this condo and probably my 12th time staying at The Beach Resort. I travel frequently for work and always love coming back to Destin for a true vacation. This condo is clean, well maintained, equipped with wifi, and stocked with all the kitchen amenities I ever need. This unit is by far the most affordable unit we've ever rented. The pool area is fantastic, one of the very best in Destin. I love the close proximity to the beach, outlets, and The Red Bar in Grayton Beach. The owners were easy to communicate with while arranging our stay. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this unit if you are looking for affordable luxury in Destin!

This is our second stay at Terrilynn's condo. We love this place! Terrilynn and Scott are so nice! Very close to the beach. Pool is the best! Not crowded, which we love! We didn't want to leave. Will have to make another trip back soon!

We planned a last minute vacation in July. The proerty owners were very pleasant to do business with and the condo was very nice! This building has the best pool, for kids, that I have ever seen!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Resort #413 so much that we plan on making the trip yearly. This was our first time to Destin and we are so glad we decided to vacation here. We were extremely pleased with the condo, the beautiful pool, and the beautiful beaches! The owners were wonderful to work with and very helpful with answering questions. The condo was really clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the tools needed to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner when we wanted to stay in rather than going to a restaurant. I would highly recommend this listing and the area. There are so many things to do for all ages...and don't even get me started on the awesome shopping....Awesome!! For those of you who have children, I want to recommend the Pirate Cruise in Panama City. It was only about a 40 minute drive from Destin and for 2 hours they entertained us and our 3 1/2 year old. It was great!! We will definitely do it again! I can't say enough great things about this condo, the area, the attractions, and the restaurants. Do yourself a favor and stay here....we can't wait to come back and stay again!!

We have fallen in love with the pool area and finding it difficult to leave each day. We are now spoiled and wouldn't want to consider another rental. The view is great and the location couldn't be better. This unit comes with covered parking and internet access. The listing and pictures are very accurate and well maintained. I would Beach Resort to all ages. Children love the zero entry pool and adults love the infinity pool and hot tub.
