We are a group of friends from Boise, Idaho. Punta Mita amazed us in 2007. So much, that we purchased this incredible Penthouse in the Hacienda De Mita Development.

All of us have traveled the world. We believe there is not a place more magical than Punta Mita. Traveling to Punta Mita is quick and simple. A much easier trip than traveling to Hawaii or the Caribbean. The people are warm and friendly and the activities in Punta Mita are endless. One of the highlights of our home in Punta Mita is our friend and cook, Yolanda. She is wonderful, you will love her! AND she is a fabulous cook!

We stayed at this property during the first week of Nov 2010. I have stayed all over the world and this rates as one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. The place had great beds and bedrooms with great bathroom facilities in each room. The kitchen area is top notch, and the maid that came with the home was as good of a cook as we have ever had. She made breakfast and lunch for us everday, and it was great every time. She also kept the home spotless and our laundry done every day. We had a great ocean view with a spacious deck area with a table and couches, this is where we ate every meal at the home. And many a nap was taken on the deck. We ate out every night at one of the restaurants just below the home, and on the beach. These were first class and the food was great. We found a local boat owner, named Rudy, who took us out fishing, snorkeling, and to a small village three of the days. We played golf on the Pacifico course one day. And although it was a little more expensive than we were used to, we had a great day on the course. And everyone hit the green on the island. We spent seven days at this property and walked to everything we wanted to do except when we went to the beach club, and there is a free shuttle. Internet was available and very fast, there was unlimited phone service. Everything was top notch. Not only would I recommend it, I plan on using it again. And it was always quiet, it was like being on an island alone.

This was my families favorite vacation we have taken and everyone wants to go again. The Penthouse was stunning and had everything you could want or need, we were very well taken care of and very happy. Can't wait to go back!!!

Brian, Thank you for taking such good care of us on our 2009 trip to Punta Mita. The kids had a great time, the food was wonderful, Tom played 4 rounds of golf, and I was able to get a great massage and play tennis almost everyday! Please give our best to Diego and Yolanda. She is so sweet! Thanks again and we can't wait to come back. Your Penthouse is amazing and we will make sure to tell all our friends.

This beachfront luxury penthouse is terrific...with it's private access to the beach. The convenience of the location is hard to match. Short walk to town and beachfront restaurants. We enjoyed playing the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course and relaxing at the Private beach club. We had a great stay at this property and look forward to the next time!

Our family really loves Mexico and we have been there several times. Punta Mita is just a very special place and we have vacationed there 3 times now. The first time we stayed at the Four Seasons. Amazing but very expensive. The second time we stayed in a condo unit at Hacienda de Mita. We loved the location but the unit was just OK. We decided to go back about a year ago and stayed at this condo unit which is a Penthouse on the third floor. Amazing! Everything about the experience was incredible. The condo was five star with incredible views. It is just so tranquile sitting on the varranda eating incredible fresh authentic Mexican Food and drinks. Yolanda is this really nice Mexican lady who comes to the condo everyday. If you would like, she will make all of your meals. She is an amazing cook, and I must say we had some of the best food we have ever had right there in the condo! The Beach club is so much fun. The kids just really enjoyed playing on the beach and paddling in their own kayak. We went fishing one day and the boat picked us up right on the beach in front of the condo and we went and caught all sorts of sail fish. Some of the best deep sea fishing on the planet is right there off the shores of Punta Mita. We also love going to Sayulita which is a little surf town about 30 mintutes away. Our family has been a lot of places and I will say this is the best vacation we have ever had! We look forward in going back and staying at this beach front condo in Hacienda de Mita.

Absolutely amazing. Have been twice, once in Nov 2008 and again in May 2010. The penthouse is outstanding...lives like a Ritz. Marble floors, granite counters, comfortable beds. The covered patio, which is probably 400 square feet, is a great place to start the day and finish the day, after a day enjoying the sunshine. This place can be whatever you want to make it. If you want to read a book for a week, the place is for you. Multiple poola and beach options. If you want to spend the week riding longboards, do it right in front of the penthouse. The best part, in my opinion, is that the place includes a lady who comes to the penthouse each morning, if you choose, to cook breakfast and clean the place as well as cook lunch and clean. Therefore, any spouse who is usually saddled with cooking and cleaning in everyday life can actually feel like they are actually on vacation. The food is unreal and the restaurants we went to at night were great as well. Sufi was quite good. And we had a dinner on the beach at the resident's beach club that was outsanding. If you like dining with your toes in the sand, your options are seemingly endless. You will not go wrong with this trip. I'd go every year if I could.

Wanting the exclusivity of our own residence with the amenities of a four star resort we identified the property of Penthouse Punta Mita to celebrate a small family reunion (8 adults and 7 kids). After looking at various sites we contacted the owners of Penthouse Punta Mita through VRBO and explained our situation. They put me in contact with their property manager and we were able to enjoy Penthouse Punta Mita, as well as rent a second condo that was on the beach and down one flight of stairs. The service was unbelievable, the weather was perfect and the property was amazing. Our family took full advantage of golf, water activities and long dinners at fantastic resturants. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I went to Penthouse Punta Mita for a golf getaway and found that I just wanted to stay longer and play more. What a place! Book it for me next year. ( I need to get my scuba gear on so I can find the balls I lost in the ocean. (ocean island par 3) A quick flight from the Bay Area. And the cook in the house, she was great. Suggestion: Steak and fish tacos with fresh guacamole.
