The extra sleeping loft is ideal for children. The unit is 2 story and has a spiral staircase. Bedrooms are upstairs. Directly in front of the unit are private steps to the beach. We are situated on a bluff and due to the public stairs being far away we rarely have anyone on our beach. Lifeguards are close by. Enjoy an excellent surf break and a wonderful swimming beach.
Within walking distance is the Del Mar Racetrack, an athletic club, excellent restaurants and a mini grocery. Park your car and never leave. If you do venture out there is simply tons to do in San Diego. The San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Mission Bay to name a few. Also we can't forget the Solana Beach train station which can deliver you down town in minutes and you will miss the traffic!!
