Beautiful new 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located on 2.5 acres in a gorgeous neighborhood that has awesome short and long range views during all seasons. The large covered deck with rocking chairs is the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise as you sip your morning coffee and listen to the birds welcome in the new day.

The floor plan works well with families as the two master bedrooms and baths are on the first (main floor) with the kitchen and living room and the downstairs consists of the game room and a very large bedroom with two queen beds as well as a queen size sofa bed in the game room.

Convenient to shopping and many recreational activities. A caretaker available for emergencies.
