Our Summerwind condo is a Gulf-front condo, right on the beach, directly facing the Gulf. Our condo is situated on an island, giving more privacy and seclusion to the vacationer. The condo is directly on the beach, right on the Gulf, with AMAZING VIEWS of the ocean!!! The pool is beach-side. A fishing pier is within walking distance.
The unit, brand new in 2006, is located on the 3rd floor, (4th from the ground floor), with a wrap-around balcony, providing an incredible view of the beach and ocean. You have a view from the kitchen, dining room, den, and master.
The condominium is professionally decorated with a fully stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with glass doors that go out to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom has a queen also. The sofa is a pull-out queen sleeper.
