Located on Dover Court in South Mission just south of the Roller Coaster. All one level, but located on the second floor above two one bedroom beach cottages. This Beach House provides Single-level living with a great outdoor deck which is about 20 x 15 feet in size! Enjoy grilling and dining while just steps away from the deep blue sea, the boardwalk, sandy beach, and surf! Close to the action, yet quiet and a few doors away for a more peaceful stay. Check the map and see how close we are to the surf!!!! Great Location in Mellow South Mission! Not too close to the crowds, but close enough to be convenient and easy. Bike rentals, kayak rentals, sail boats rentals are all nearby. Amusement Park, Market and restaurants all within 2 to 3 block walk..
Our Sandcastle is just 60 steps to the sand! Three doors from the shore near the corner of Ocean Front Walk and Dover Court.

Your kids can play in the ocean right in front of lifeguard tower #12 which is located right out on the beach where you will set up your day at the beach! You can even see them from the deck if they set up camp on the south side of tower 12!
Two Master Suites to choose from here with TWO KING SUITES plus fun Bunk Room and a queen bed sofa sleeper as well. Lots of beams and wood give this Beach House character and a Beach Cottage feel.
The multiple washers and dryers in the laundry room will help you pack lightly. We have a beautiful, clean and large laundry room.
Plenty of bike parking too.
Breakfast Bar connects living and kitchen area.
Planning a Family Reunion or Group Trip? Rent one or all of our Sandcastles! We offer two neighboring buildings with a total of five units to choose from ranging from one to three bedrooms. We can sleep 2 to 28 guests!!! We also have four other beach houses from 1 to 3 bedrooms all in the same or neighboring building so you can bring the whole gang and find a perfect fit for everyone! Both of our properties sit side by side and total 10 bedrooms, so bring the entire gang and hang out as neighbors!

Next Year will be our 10th year staying at My Sandlecastle and my family and I have ejoyed every moment of each year.The Davis' couldn't be better hosts and the accomidations in each and every condo have been perfect, and I know becouse over the past 10 years we have stayed in every one, at one time or another. My children and I have created memories that will last us a life time . We wouldn't trade our summers at he beach for anything!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Nice place just steps from the beach. Very clean inside with room for everyone. It was very nice for the entire family without having to hassle with three different hotel rooms. The view from the deck is awesome. Upon arrival I poured myself a glass of wine and sat out there watching the surf. Within a half-hour a years worth of stress was melting away. There is a small market just a block away. Also a liqour store and a few restaurants. (Pizza, Mexican, Sandwich) The grill came in handy as we used it every evening for fresh seafood, steaks or burgers. One negative is that the pictures don't accurately reflect the furnishings on the deck. However, there are two big tables and eight chairs and one big umbrella. Really could have used a lounger or two. The outdoor furniture definitely shows the wear that comes from being outside close to the surf, but was servicable. The pictures do reflect the interior accurately. Very clean, with comfortable beds, plenty of towels, large fridge, 42 inch TV. Two full baths made the stay great. There were a few spices, paper goods, etc left from previous renters. We left some as well. The market down the street is convenient for any of these items as well, but they are rather expensive. I would suggest hitting the Ralph's on Sports Arena on the way out to the place. Lots are small here so you are close to the neighbors which seemed to be mostly college kids. However, it was very quite and the other renters were very respectful of us and each other. There were a couple parties, but they didn't run too late. Overall a great experience! We'll be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This has been a wonderful time for me and my family. We go every year and the owners take extra time to make sure we are happy and enjoy our beach vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Curt and Sharon Davis We rented this every summer for twenty years and one day the owner called us and asked us if we wanted to buy it! Work hard! Play hard! We love the beach and decided this was a good combination of both!
Why the Owner Chose Mission Beach:
We prefer the village feel of the charming courts just off the busy boardwalk and be in just a few doors from the crowd for a more relaxed beach visit. We like the prices off the boardwalk as they are always a better value and we are not afraid to walk 200 feet to the beach.
