Large Studio condominium in the Condado Section of San Juan Puerto Rico. Fourteenth floor of the well known Ashford Imperial building with an ocean view and spectacular city view of the Condado section. The terrace has a breathtaking view of San Juan. The whole front wall is of glass which allows for the view of the ocean and city while in the condo. Wake up to the beautiful San juan beaches.

There are two World Class Casinos on the block. Also, there is a designer handbag store, a spa, and a fresh smoothy and organic snack café at the front of the building. You will be a ten minute cab ride from San Juan International Airport in exotic Puerto Rico. There are new Gucci, Cartier, Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior boutiques just blocks away.

There is a private pool and gym in the building with a doorman and security guard. The unit has a queen size bed and a pullout couch and is decorated with modern décor - sleek and clean. Fresh sheets and towels will await you as well as dishes and silverware and a full kitchen to cook in, if desired.

This apartment is so convenient to everything... the shops, the beach, plenty of restaurants etc. The place was clean, nicely decorated and provided us with a nice environment where we could relax.   • I feel like we lucked out finding this place for our first visit to the island! We were very pleased when we entered the condo and found it clean, spacious and it had everything we needed to be comfortable and relaxed. Convenient location. Perfect view. Friendly staff. The building was quiet and not crowded like a hotel or resort atmosphere could be. If you are looking for a place in the heart of San Juan, we would recommend this condo to anyone!

  • We really enjoyed our stay at this condo - the location was very convenient and most of all, the view was wonderful! It was very nice to wake up every morning to see the beautiful ocean. The owner of this condo was very helpful and we will definitely come back to stay here again next time we'll be in PR! Thank you!!

  • We were very pleased with are stay here. The view from the balcony was so pretty. The room was decorated very well. Everything was in walking distance. I would recommend this place to anybody.

  • I was so wonderfully pleased with my stay here, I couldn't wait to get back to give my review.Everything was great, couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The security at the front door was extremely nice.They were very helpful with letting me know about all the shops and fine dining in the Condado area.When I got to the room and walked in, it felt like home.The room was very cozy, comfortable,very clean,and had everything we needed to feel at home.When you enter the balcony you have the most beautiful view of the oceans blue water. I would recommend this condo to any and everybody. And I can't wait for my next visit to Pr, because this is where I will be staying.

  • This room was perfect for our stay in Condado Beach. Located right on a main avenue, everything we needed was in walking distance with the beach across the street and wonderful views from the balcony. The room was refreshing, crisp and clean, supplied everything we needed, easy booking and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again, also can't beat the price!
