Our Schroeders built home was completed in May 2007. Everything is brand new! Enjoy the sun all day long while lazing around our south facing pool, which has an electric heater.
The property is conveniently located between Englewood and Port Charlotte on a very quiet street. Englewood beach is only a short drive away (approx 10 mins), as is Port Charlotte mall (approx 15 mins away). Supermarkets, restaurants and fast food are all close by. This is a great base to enjoy all that the Gulf Coast has to offer, as well as having all you need to relax and unwind in comfort and style.
Property Description
The living area covers just over 2,000 sq ft of air conditioned luxury. It has been neutrally decorated and has a light, airy relaxing feel to it. All the living areas are tiled with carpet in the bedrooms. The lawn and pool are tended weekly. There is a full security system and smoke alarms for your safety.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped large open plan kitchen. Appliances include Range, Microwave, side by side Fridge/Freezer with ice maker, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Kettle, Crockery, Cutlery, Mixer, Utensils and Kitchenware.
BREAKFAST AREA
Round glass table and 4 chairs overlooking pool through aquarium window. Door to lanai/pool.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Large Washer & Dryer, sink and storage shelf. Iron and ironing board. Control for security system. Exit to garage.
MASTER SUITE
Walk-in shower, garden tub, 2 sinks, toilet and 2 walk-in closets. Cupboard with extra towels and sheets etc.

SECOND BATHROOM
Sink, toilet, cabinet, wall mirror with wall décor lighting & tub /shower. Cupboard with extra towels and sheets. Ideally situated between 2nd & 3rd bedrooms.
OUTSIDE
Large lot with plenty of space front, back and sides. Very private with no immediate neighbours. Heated pool with removable security fence - very important for keeping young ones safe.
Generous lanai area with table and chairs for six and four loungers. Bathroom with toilet and sink. Outside shower. There are beach chairs and a cooler for trips to he beach.
