Villa Lavanda is a spacious villa on 2 levels. The villa is 150 square meters with a terrace, garden and a wonderful sea veiw. With comfortable and modern furnishings this accommodation is ideal for a family holiday in the countryside near Sant'Agata sui due Golfi and can accommodate up to 9 people
The Villa has, on the ground floor, an elegant bright living room with sofas, comfortable chairs and TV and doors which open onto the garden and terrace, near the living room there is the kitchen with cooker, fridge and washing machine. From the living room area a corridor leads off to a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are 2 double bedrooms (1 with bathroom) 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a small room with a single bed. Another Bathroom with shower. Central heating is available at an extra charge. Reserved parking.
The terrace, is 50 square meters in size, and from there you can enjoy the fabulous view of the countryside surrounding the villa and the panorama of the blue sea stretching out to the horizon. At Villa Lavanda you will find fresh air and tranquillity, and have the opportunity to spend time during the day outside in the open air, and in the evening relaxing on the terrace looking out onto the sea illuminated by the moon.
Villa Lavanda is situated in Torca, a small village just outside the town of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, a preferred holiday spot for holiday makers for many years. Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, as the name suggests, is between the Gulfs of Naples and Salerno on the hills that look down onto the famous resort of Sorrento. This area is perfect for walking holidays and trecking as there are many signposted paths to follow and wonderful countryside to discover. The villa itself is near a signposted route which leads to the sea, and the Fiordo di Crapolla. The route consists of about 600 steps.
The villa is near a small country road and faces the sun and the sea, and is immersed in the colours and perfumes of olive and lemon trees.

Sant'Agata sui due Golfi is 7 km from Massa Lubrense and 9 km from Sorrento. Grocers, restaurants and bars are at a distance of about 1 km. The bus stop of the SITA buses which link all of the towns along the coast is about 500 meters away in Torca. Sorrento train station is at a distance of 9 km for trains to the archaeological sites of Pompei and Herculaneum. Please note: car essential.
