WELCOME to Canyon View at Ventana with one of the finest FOOTHILLS locations out there. My wife and I are making available our tastefully decorated two bedroom, two bath, GROUND-floor unit in a complex that's adjacent to the world-famous LOEW'S VENTANA CANYON RESORT. Additionally, golf, tennis, hiking, along with restaurants (Italian, Greek, Japanese, Chinese, Cafes, Pizza, and Fastfood) and shops (supermarket, drugstores, beauty salons, etc.) are literally only 2 minutes away.

We have created a home-away-from-home that is not only EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE and REASONABLY PRICED but is also accented with authentic Southwestern and South of the Border touches. Inside you'll find only quality furnishings, appliances (large kitchen appliances are stainless steel) and linens.

A top-of-the-line, pillow-top, queen-size bed (with both foam and down pillows) is in the master bedroom and dual sinks are in the master bathroom. In the guest room, there's a day bed with a trundle, which consists of 2 new Sealy singles bought in 2004. The kitchen is FULLY- EQUIPPED with high quality large and small appliances (coffee machine and grinder, juicer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, glass-top cookware, Pyrex microwaveable cookware, etc.) and MSE utensils and Henckel knives. The screened, tiled and very private patio is PERFECT for breakfast, bird watching or a good book and does not look onto a parking lot like some.

Enjoy an afternoon swim under the blue skies in one of the two beautiful HEATED pools, a night of tennis on the LIGHTED tennis court, a refreshing workout in the 24 HOUR fitness center (3 tread mills, 3 stationary bikes, 2 universal weight machines, dumb bells, bottled water and 3 cable tvs. You can't ask for any more than that.) or an invigorating HIKE on the breathtaking Ventana Canyon Trail that actually starts about 50 yards from the front door. In addition, your reserved, lighted covered parking space is only steps from the front door.

And to make your stay even that much better, you can leave your computer behind because there's an "internet room" that provides access to 2 high speed DSL internet connected computers (free of charge and no password needed), a printer, a copier, and a fax machine. The internet room (located near the tennis court) is open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mon - Fri (might be closed for lunch).

We also now accept credit cards to make your decision that much easier and worry-free. Sorry but pets are NOT allowed and thanks for not smoking inside the unit.
