This elegant home has everything you need to make your vacation dreams come true. Destiny by the Sea is the most exclusive community in Destin. The home has 3800 square feet of living space and another 1800 square feet of tiled deck. Upscale amenities include: golf cart, elevator, game room/bed room, DVD player with surround sound, Play Station 2, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, fireplace and wetbar. Views of the gulf from 2 sides of the house. Beach access is very close (about 120 steps from front door). Community pool and hot tube are a short 3 minute walk from the front door. The name of the house is "Bon Bini" which means welcome. You will feel welcome in this dream of a house.

2 Kings, 2 Queens, 6 Singles. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the bunk room. Four of the bed rooms have their own master bath and all five have a balcony.

Terms: 35% deposit with balance 30 days before check-in. $800 damage deposit 30 days before check-in. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. 100% Reimbursement for hurricane cancellations.

VRBO Bear stayed here - 03/05/2004 "Bon Bini" means "welcome" and this vacation home sure welcomed my buddies and me for a great stay in one of Destin area’s great beachfront neighborhoods "Destiny by the Sea". This prestigious gated community has only a beary small number of homes, each far fancier than a bear is accustomed to, and Bon Bini is one of the nicest of the bunch. All the streets are brick, and the private beach had enough room for thousands of bears, especially considering we were the only ones using it this time of year. The water was a little cool to the paw, but the beach was the usual clean, pure-white sand and crystal-clear emerald water that make the Destin area one of the premier beaches in Florida.

Bon Bini was very comforting and packed with amenities. From the moment we unloaded our bear-sized suitcases, I was thinking about all the fun we would have carrying them up 3 flights of stairs in this 3 story masterpiece, but right inside the front door was an elevator! Considering all three floors have their own master bedroom, we were sure able to spread out as if we each had our own den. As you may have noticed, I like to sit on the deck wherever I go and have my picture taken, and Bon Bini had enough decks to go around a dozen vacation homes! Each deck was open and inviting, each lined with bear-sized glass doors, providing a beary nice open ambiance. Every deck had wonderful views of the ocean, Florida palms, or this truly unique neighborhood.

Even though bears usually live off the land, this bear was dining on seafood every night, and Bon Bini is just seconds away from many of Destin’s great seafood restaurants. Destin is, after all, the world’s luckiest fishing village, so you can enjoy all the fresh, local seafood you want and don’t need a bear’s fishing skills to catch it.

Bon Bini is truly an amazing vacation home, full of fine furnishings, conveniences you can only imagine, unbelievable room and comfort, and a golf cart for leisurely cruises around the Destiny neighborhoods. If you want an above first-class vacation or hibernation experience in the family-friendly Destin area you can't go wrong by staying at Bon Bini.

  • We loved Bon Bini. Our children and grandchildren will remember their Easter 2008 with memories of the great beach and swimming pool and even the fun they had together cooking together in the well furnished kitchen. There was plenty of room for everyone. I can't think of anything that could be improved. I hope we can return soon.

  • Bon Bini is absolutely gorgeous. It is very roomy too! I loved the balconies. It was so nice to sit out there and listen to the waves at night. The location coudln't be better. The home has everything you could need, an open floor plan, a beautiful kitchen, plenty of bed rroms and enough bathrooms so everyone can get ready for a day or a night out!   • We just returned from a wonderful week spent at Bon Bini during our spring break. We had 3 families staying together with a total of 6 adults and 12 kids - ages 1 to 14. We all had a blast! The house had plenty of space, and gave us easy access to the beach and pool. No need to bring anything with you - they have it all. We had a great time swimming, surfing, watching dolphins, and fishing at the beach. We also enjoyed shopping at the huge mall and outlet stores nearby. Their are great restaurants nearby and lots of seafood stores for cooking at home. Everything was so convenient. The house was well equiped to handle our big group. The young boys loved having a playstation and the teenage girls loved riding in the golf cart. Thanks for a memorable time......we hope to be back again soon!

  • Bon Bini was a wonderful Spring Break trip this past April! We had sixteen people staying. Three families and extra teenage boys who enjoyed the trip! The house was wonderful. The boys loved the upstairs bedrooms..which was like their own little apartment. We all had enough space. Everything was perfect! Not one complaint from our group. We loved being able to just walk a few steps to the beach and loved having all the beach chairs we need. Thanks again for helping us making a wonderful trip for our Senior High School boys. They loved it too.!

  • My wife and youngest son and I spent a wonderful month at Bob Bini the month of Novemember. Can't say enough about this home, It is lovely and well kept. We especially enjoyed the kitchen, family room/dining area. On Thanksgiving Day we had 34 attend dinner and we plenty of space and seating for all. The weather was great so about a 6-8 set on the wraparound balconey with wonderful views of the gulf and a cool breeze. Overall a wonderful experience and thank Steve Neese and his wife and son for having such a wonderful place at the beach to share. Good luck to you and your family Steve in the future!!

  • In the Fall of 2003, four couples spent a wonderful week at Bon Bini!! It has been everyone's favorite trip that we have talked about for a year and a half, so we're doing it again this fall. And, we're bringing along another couple! I've spent lots of time in Destin and this location is perfect for "getting away from it all". The house is gorgeous and it allowed everyone their own space, yet plenty of room for everyone to have a great seafood dinner with a game of late night dominoes! I highly recommend Bon Bini!

  • What can we say but "Paradise". The "Bon Bini" has it all. We have spent the past 8 years in Destin on our family vacation in October. We stayed Oct '03 at the "Bon Bini" for the 1st time and loved the home so much, we booked again for '04. This lovely home has everything you need. Our daughter loved the golf cart rides over to the facilities at Destiny East. The home is in a great location in Destiny by the Sea, and is convenient to restaurants, shopping and activities. Steve and Michele Neese have opened their wonderful home, the "Bon Bini" to all to enjoy and have taken all the vacation "Stress" away. If you stay once, you will be back!
